The present invention relates to a flooring material and a fabrication method thereof. Since the invention forms the flooring material using bio-degradable resin which can be fabricated with materials extracted from the reproducible resources, the invention solves the supply and demand problem of raw materials caused by the depletion of oil resources. Further, the invention improves the production efficiency of the flooring materials by applying a calendaring method during the fabrication process, emits few environmentally-harmful materials including CO.sub.2 or the like, and provides the environmentally-friendly flooring material which is discarded easily. In addition, the invention can solve the problem caused by the size change which occurs when a bio-degradable sheet is used, whereby a stably and continuously-usable flooring material is provided.

Prepreg and carbon fiber reinforced composite materials

A prepreg containing a carbon fiber [A] and a thermosetting resin [B], and in addition, satisfying at least one of the following (1) and (2). (1) a thermoplastic resin particle or fiber [C] and a conductive particle or fiber [D] are contained, and weight ratio expressed by [compounding amount of [C] (parts by weight)]/[compounding amount of [D] (parts by weight)] is 1 to 1000. (2) a conductive particle or fiber of which thermoplastic resin nucleus or core is coated with a conductive substance [E] is contained.

METHOD OF PRODUCING A VENEERED ELEMENT

A method of producing a veneered element, including providing a substrate, applying a sub-layer on a surface of the substrate, applying a veneer layer on the sub-layer, and applying pressure to the veneer layer and/or the substrate, such that at least a portion of the sub-layer permeates through the veneer layer. Also, such a veneered element.

Method for molding tailored composites

In at least one embodiment, a molding method for producing a molded article is provided. The method may include introducing polymer and fiber separately into an extruder in a first ratio to produce a first extruded material having a first fiber content and in a second ratio to produce a second extruded material having a second fiber content different from the first fiber content. The method may further include filling a first region of a mold with the first extruded material and a second region of the mold with the second extruded material. The extruded material may be formed as blanks for use in compression molding or may be introduced into an injection chamber for use in injection molding. The method may be used to form molded articles having a plurality of regions having different fiber contents.

CUSHION FLOORING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
20170282493 · 2017-10-05 ·

The present invention relates to a cushion flooring material and a manufacturing method for the same and, more particularly, to a cushion flooring material and a manufacturing method for the same, which uses an elastic layer including a PHA resin alone or a composite resin including a PHA resin as a surface layer constituting the cushion flooring material to prevent toxic substances exposed to the user even if the surface layer is exposed due to wear of a surface treatment layer positioned on the surface layer, thereby making the cushion flooring material non-toxic, eco-friendly and excellent in sound insulation.
