A surface coated member having improved stability and a longer service life is provided. The surface coated member includes a base member and a hard coating formed on a surface thereof. The hard coating is constituted of one or more layers. At least one layer among the layers is a layer including hard particles. The hard particles include a multilayer structure having a first unit layer and a second unit layer being layered alternately. The first unit layer includes a first compound. The second unit layer includes a second compound. The first compound and the second compound are respectively made of one or more kind of element selected from the group consisting of a group 4 element, a group 5 element, a group 6 element of a periodic table, and Al, and one or more kind of element selected from the group consisting of B, C, N, and O.
Paint composition, method of forming a paint film using same and the paint film
A paint composition producing paint films which change from an achromatic color to a chromatic color when the angle of incidence of the light with respect to the normal to the paint film plane is changed. The paint composition comprises (A) glitter material which has an angle-dependent interference effect and (B) metal oxide coated mica and/or metal oxide coated alumina flakes in proportions where the content ratio ((A)/(B)) of the (A) component with respect to the (B) component, as the solid fraction mass ratio, is from 2.5/1 to 1/6 and in which the interference color of the (A) component and the interference color of the (B) component at a face angle of the paint film have a complementary color relationship.

A coating of an inner plate part contains a perylene-based pigment and an iron oxide-based pigment, the content of the perylene-based pigment in the coating of the inner plate part is in units of PWC, and the mass ratio of the content of the iron oxide-based pigment to the content of the perylene-based pigment in the coating of the inner plate part is 3-20%.
Circuit substrate and manufacturing method thereof
Provided is a circuit substrate, including a glass film (10) forming a rough layer (11) after surface roughness processing, a resin adhesion (20) located the rough layer (11) on either side of the glass film (10), and a metal foil (30) located on the outside of resin adhesion layer (20). The glass film (10), the resin adhesion layer (20) and the metal foil (30) are joined together through suppressing. The circuit substrate employs the glass film (10) which forms a rough layer (11) after surface roughness processing as a carrier material, so that the resin adhesion layer (20) and the surface of the glass film (10) have a good binding force, and the dielectric constant of the circuit substrate has slight difference in the directions of X, Y and Z.
