SPLIT DRUM FOR LIFT STRAP IN CEILING LIFT
A patient lift system includes a lift housing, a base lift strap having a first end coupled to a lift housing and a second end coupled to a sling bar. The base lift strap is infection controlled. In one embodiment, a protective sleeve covers the base lift strap, wherein the protective sleeve has a first end and a second end. In another embodiment, the base lift strap is chemically treated to provide infection control.
Flame resistant fabric having antimicrobials and methods for making them
Flame resistant fabrics having antimicrobial properties that combat odor and/or resist hazardous microorganisms. The fabrics are particularly suitable for use in clothing and more particularly in protective garments designed to be worn by individuals, such as military personnel and emergency rescue personnel, at risk of exposure to fire and extreme temperatures as well as hazardous substances. The fabrics may be formed in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, incorporating antimicrobial fibers into the flame resistant fabric yarn or by treating the pre-formed flame resistant yarn or fabric with antimicrobial agents in a dyeing or finishing process.
Photochemical cross-linkable polymers, methods of making photochemical cross-linkable polymers, methods of using photochemical cross-linkable polymers, and methods of making articles containing photochemical cross-linkable polymers
Embodiments of the present disclosure, in one aspect, relate to polymer compositions, methods of making polymer compositions, structures having the polymer composition covalently bonded to the surface of the structure, methods of attaching the polymer to the surface of the structure, methods of decreasing the amount of microorganisms formed on a structure, materials, methods of attaching materials, and the like.

Non-woven fabric substrate for wiping sheet
According to a nonwoven fabric substrate (1) for wiping sheet of the invention, ridges (2) and grooves (3) are alternately formed at positions corresponding to each other on both surfaces (1a, 1b), and apertures (4) are formed in the grooves (3). Each of the ridges (2) and the grooves (3) extend parallel to one side of the nonwoven fabric substrate (1). Each of the grooves (3) alternately includes an aperture portion (3h) which has a plurality of the apertures (4), and a non-aperture portion (3n) which has no aperture (4) and is longer than a distance between the nearest end portions of the adjacent apertures (4) in the aperture portion (3h). An arrangement pattern of the aperture portion (3h) and the non-aperture portion (3n) provided in the groove (3a) is different from an arrangement pattern of the aperture portion (3h) and the non-aperture portion (3n) provided in an adjacent groove (3b). When the whole of the nonwoven fabric substrate (1) is seen in planar view, the nonwoven fabric substrate (1) has an aperture region (11) formed by the aperture portions (3h) of a plurality of the grooves (3), and a non-aperture region (12) formed by the non-aperture portions (3n) of a plurality of the grooves (3). Each of the aperture region (11) and the non-aperture region (12) is arranged in a predetermined pattern.
Non-woven fabric substrate for wiping sheet
Provided is a nonwoven fabric substrate (1) in which ridges (2) and grooves (3) are alternately formed at positions corresponding to each other on each of both surfaces (1a, 1b), and apertures (4) penetrating the grooves (3) of both surfaces are formed. The ridges (2) and the grooves (3) extend parallel to each other. The ridges (2) and the grooves (3) extend in a direction intersecting with each of a pair of both sides (1c, 1d) extending in parallel of the nonwoven fabric substrate (1). In planar view, each of the grooves (3) alternately includes an aperture portion (3h) which has a plurality of the apertures (4), and a non-aperture portion which has no aperture (4) and is longer than a distance between the nearest end portions of the adjacent apertures (4) in the aperture portion (3h), and arrangement patterns of the aperture portion (3h) and the non-aperture portion (3n) provided in the adjacent grooves (3) are different from each other. When the nonwoven fabric substrate (1) is seen in planar view, the nonwoven fabric substrate (1) has an aperture region (11) formed by the aperture portion (3h) of the plurality of grooves (3), and a non-aperture region (12) formed by the non-aperture portion (3n), and the aperture region (11) and the non-aperture region (12) are arranged in a predetermined pattern.
Insulated radiant barriers in apparel
Fabrics made for apparel, tents, sleeping bags and the like, in various composites, constructed such that a combination of substrate layers and insulation layers is configured to provide improved thermal insulation. The fabric composites are constructed to form a radiant barrier against heat loss via radiation and via conduction from a body.
Smart Mask
A face mask includes a fabric filter configured to be worn on a user's face. A composition with anti-viral properties is arranged on the fabric. The composition preferably includes anti-viral oils and an anti-viral metal such as copper or copper oxide.
Enhanced Antiseptic Wicking Contour-Conforming Beverage Container Wrap Sheet
An improved wrap that is used in conjunction with beverages, especially those beverages that are placed into beverage holders. These wraps have a dual function of providing an enjoyable experience to the user by wicking away condensation and a protective barrier providing anti-microbial properties. The interior surface of the wrap is coated with materials that facilitate the absorption of moisture and the exterior of the wrap is coated with anti-bacterial agents. Embodiments of this improved wrap include the addition of advertising copy or coupons on the wrap and insulating materials that will keep the beverages hot or cold along with temperature sensitive inks that could warn the user that the beverage is hot or cold. Another embodiment will encompass fragrance that could add to the beverage enjoyment experience, such as wildflowers or lavender with certain teas.
Load plan generation
Load Plan Generator (LPG) is a BIAPPS utility for generating ODI load plans based on desired subset of fact tables for loading BIAPPS Data Warehouse. The tool simplifies the configurations process by minimizing the manual steps and configurations and provides a guided list of configurations steps and checklists. The load plan components can include different sets of load plans that will be stitched together by the load plan generator to create one load plan for loading chosen fact groups in the warehouse sourcing from different transaction systems.
