SYNCHRONOUS BELT FABRIC TREATMENT AND BELT
A power transmission belt having a belt body, a tensile cord embedded in the belt body, and a jacket defining a pulley contact surface, where the jacket has been treated on at least the pulley contact surface with an aqueous fabric treatment or dip which includes an aqueous PEEK dispersion as part of the dip. The aqueous dip may further include an epoxy and a rubber latex. The aqueous dip may further include graphene or graphene oxide. The fabric may include aramid or nylon fibers. The jacket may cover the teeth of a toothed belt.
Non-coated airbag base fabric, coated airbag base fabric, and airbag using same
A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a non-coated fabric for airbags and a coated fabric for airbags that are both less likely to have yarn slippage after being sewn, and that can be compactly stored; and airbags using these fabrics. The fabric for airbags according to the present invention is a non-coated fabric for airbags or a coated fabric for airbags that both have a crimp ratio of 12% or more in the warp direction, and a crimp ratio of 61 or less in the weft direction.

A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a non-coated fabric for airbags and a coated fabric for airbags that are both less likely to have yarn slippage after being sewn, and that can be compactly stored; and airbags using these fabrics. The fabric for airbags according to the present invention is a non-coated fabric for airbags or a coated fabric for airbags that both have a crimp ratio of 12% or more in the weft direction, and a crimp ratio of 61 or less in the warp direction.
Camouflage pattern with extended infrared reflectance separation
Fabrics containing camouflage patterns are produced from dyes wherein at least certain of the colors contained in the pattern contain a low reflectance dye. The low reflectance dye is added to one or more colors in the pattern in order to preserve the camouflage pattern when viewed through night vision goggles as relatively long wavelengths, such at wavelengths greater than 900 nm. In one embodiment, the low reflectance dye comprises a thiazine. The low reflectance dye is blended with other dyes to produce colors in the pattern. By altering the concentration of the low reflectance dye in each of the colors, the colors contained in the camouflage pattern remain separate and distinct even at relatively long wavelengths.
Compositions for treating textile materials
A composition for treating textile materials includes water, polyethylene, surfactant, preservative, and a mixture comprising sugar alcohol, hydrolyzed animal protein, and sarcosine compound. The composition can further include a fragrance. A textile material treated with the compositions described above can be a material selected from leather, nylon, or a mixture thereof. A method of preparing a composition for treating a textile material is also disclosed.
Amino resin film and method of producing the same
An amino resin film, obtained by at least partial curing of an aminoplastic-nonwoven impregnate having a residual moisture of at least 4.0% by weight, comprising, in each case in relation to the total weight of the aminoplastic-nonwoven impregnate, (a) 5.0% by weight to 95.0% by weight of a partially cured aminoplastic resin and (b) 5.0% by weight to 95.0% by weight of a nonwoven, wherein the nonwoven comprises polyester fibers and polyamide fibers, and wherein the amino resin film has a residual moisture of less than 4.0% by weight.
