Aerographics and denier differential zoned garments
The present disclosure relates to a multi-layered design for an article of apparel such as swimwear. In particular, at least one layer may include a stretch resistant matrix made of a thermoplastic polymer, a silicone or other similar material to provide additional support and modesty to certain areas of the apparel, such as the bust area. Further, a method of manufacturing the article of apparel is also disclosed. According to aspects described herein, the layers may be integrated using techniques to increase the overall integrity of the apparel.
Dual-layer fabric, in particular for sports and underwear, with improved breathable and insulating properties
A knitted dual-layer fabric for manufacturing garments such as underwear and sportswear for wearing in the outdoors is described. The dual-layer fabric comprises a first layer, the first layer being an inner layer adapted to be in contact with the skin and having water repellent or hydrophobic properties, and a second layer, the second layer being an outer layer having hydrophilic or water absorbent properties, and a binding interposed between the inner layer and the outer layer to bind and tie the layers.

Bedding and bedding cover sheet
A bedding includes: a cushion layer which is formed with a filament three-dimensional bonded member and which is breathable; a breathable water-repellent layer which is provided on the upper side of the cushion layer and which is breathable and water-repellent; and a breathable water-retentive layer which is provided on the upper side of the breathable water-repellent layer and which is water-retentive and is breathable during water retention.
Moisture management support garment with a denier differential mechanism
A moisture management fabric using denier differential to facilitate the movement of sweat away from the wearer's body is presented. An exemplary moisture management support garment constructed from an exemplary moisture management fabric is presented. An exemplary moisture management support garment is a moisture transporting sport bra. A denier differential is employed to provide superior moisture transporting and evaporation of perspiration from a wearer during exertion. The denier differential relies upon a facing layer and a back layer with substantially different yarn thickness and fabric porosity to achieve fluid transport.
ABRASION RESISTANT MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
An abrasion-resistant material includes a first layer including a first textile material and a second layer including a second textile material. The second layer is arranged on the first layer, wherein the first layer and the second layer are at least partially heat bonded to each other. The first textile material exhibits a first shrinkability and the second textile material exhibits a second shrinkability, wherein the first shrinkability is greater than the second shrinkability, when at least partially heat bonding the first layer and the second layer.

Wrappable multi-layer heat shield
A flexible, wrappable multilayered heat shield is provided. The heat shield includes a reflective metal outermost layer, an innermost layer of high temperature yarn capable of withstanding temperatures up to about 650 degrees C. continuously, and about 750 C. intermittently, and an intermediate layer of nonwoven material capable of withstanding temperatures up to about 550 C. continuously sandwiched between the outermost and innermost layers.
