Machine tool having a tool spindle
A machine tool is provided with two vertically oriented tool spindles that are arranged to hold tools and that are movable vertically in a first direction and horizontally in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Furthermore, the machine tool is provided with two workpiece support devices for clamping workpieces in place. At least one of the two workpiece support devices is movable horizontally in a third direction orthogonal to the first and the second direction. The two tool spindles and the two workpiece support devices are mounted on a common machine frame with a common working space, wherein the two tool spindles are movable parallel to one another in the second direction. The two tool spindles are facing one another.
Apparatus for keeping a friction roller
The disclosure relates to an apparatus for keeping a friction roller. The apparatus for keeping a friction roller comprises a cylinder provided with a plurality of brackets for storing the friction roller, a friction roller pick-and-place execution unit for picking and placing the friction roller, a cylinder driving unit for driving the cylinder to rotate, a storage sensor unit for sensing whether a friction roller exists on a bracket, a pick-and-place position sensor unit for sensing whether a bracket arrives at a pick-and-place position of the friction roller, and a control unit. The apparatus for keeping a friction roller according to the disclosure may access more friction rollers accurately; and the stroke of the action of picking and placing a friction roller is relatively short, such that the work efficiency of picking and placing a friction roller is also increased very greatly.
GEAR MANUFACTURING MACHINE
A gear manufacturing machine for which a machining tool detachably attached to a tool spindle is exchanged by means of an automatic tool changer, wherein the automatic tool changer is provided with: tool holding means for detachably holding a machining tool to be exchanged; moving means for moving the tool holding means in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the tool spindle; and rotating means for rotating the tool holding means.

CUTTING MACHINE
A cutting machine includes a holder located below a spindle to hold processing targets, and an adaptor connected to a rotation shaft to rotatably support the holder. The holder includes a first holder fixed to the adaptor and including a pin insertion hole to which a fixing pin attached to a processing target is fixed, and a second holder detachably attached to the first holder and including a pin insertion hole at a position facing the pin insertion hole. The fixing pin extends in a Y-axis direction. In the Y-axis direction, a distance between a processing target fixed to the pin insertion hole and a processing target fixed to the pin insertion hole is shorter than a length of the fixing pin.
Tool change rotary position determining device and tool change rotary position determining method
A tool change rotary position determining device includes: a turret rotation controller configured to control a turning motor so as to turn a turret clockwise and counterclockwise in a state where a tool holder of a tool gripped by a specific grip on the turret is inserted in an attachment hole of a spindle; and a tool change rotary position determining unit configured to determine a tool change rotary position of the turret when the tool is transferred between the specific grip and the spindle to be attached to and removed from the spindle, based on the load torques and the rotary positions of the turning motor when the turret is turned clockwise and counterclockwise.
