Robotically powered surgical device with manually-actuatable reversing system
A surgical tool for use with a robotic system that includes a tool drive assembly that is operatively coupled to a control unit of the robotic system that is operable by inputs from an operator and is configured to robotically-generate output motions. A drive system is configured to interface with a corresponding portion of the tool drive assembly for receiving the robotically-generated output motions and applying the output motions to a drive shaft assembly which is configured to apply control motions to a surgical end effector operably coupled thereto. A manually-actuatable control system operably interfaces with the drive shaft assembly to facilitate the selective application of manually-generated control motions to the drive shaft assembly.

Surgical instrument system including replaceable end effectors
A surgical stapling instrument comprising a housing, a shaft, an end effector, a first articulation joint configured to permit the end effector to be articulated in a first plane, a second articulation joint configured to permit the end effector to be articulated in a second plane, and a staple firing drive is disclosed. The end effector comprises a distal end, a proximal end, a first jaw, a second jaw rotatable relative to the first iaw, and a staple cartridge. The staple firing drive comprises a firing member and a flexible drive tube extending through the first articulation joint and the second articulation joint. The firing member comprises a first cam, a second cam, and a round attachment aperture. The flexible drive tube comprises a longitudinal length, an outer circumference, a distal end seated in the round attachment aperture, and interlocking cuts in the outer circumference extending longitudinally and circumferentially.
Rotary to linear actuator
A rotary to linear actuator, comprises a drive crankarm that rotates in a first axis of rotation; a first and second gearset connected to the drive crankarm through a second crankarm; and a piston captured between the first gearset and the second gear set, wherein the first and second gearsets rotate a crankarm connected to one end of the piston, wherein the piston is caused to move linearly upon rotation of the crankarm.
Operation support device and attachment and detachment method thereof
An operation support device includes a connecting body in which a first support body and a second support body are detachably connected to each other; a first shaft engaging section; a shaft connecting member having a connection engaging section engaged with the first shaft engaging section; and a shaft fixing member. The shaft fixing member is movably installed with respect to a first shaft section or a second shaft section and is configured to selectively form a shaft engagement fixing state in which the connection engaging section is held down to retain an engagement state such that the connection engaging section is engaged with the first shaft engaging section and a second state in which holding down to the connection engaging section is released in accordance with a moved position with a moved position of the shaft fixing member.
Rolling-and-swinging device and massage chair containing the same
The present invention discloses a rolling-and-swinging device and a massage chair. The rolling-and-swinging device comprises a gear motor, a motor mounting plate, a torque output board, a swing arm, a swing arm synchronizer ring, a damping ring, an optical shutter rotating ring, a swinging monitoring controller, a microcomputer controller, a shaft supporting plate, a frame and curved legs. The massage chair is for commercial sale, wherein the massage chair is equipped with aforementioned rolling-and-swinging device and two curved legs in contact with the ground, and the operation of the rolling and swinging motion of the massage chair is automatic. This invention is characterized by having a simple structure, and being able to operate reliably, low in energy consumption, quiet, and widely applicable.
Movable body driving device
A movable body driving device includes upper and lower racks movable in a lengthwise direction; a motor which can rotate forward and backward; a drive pinion fixed to a rotary shaft of the motor; and a driven pinion engaging the upper and lower racks. The driven pinion is driven to rotate by the upper rack to thereby drive the lower rack linearly in a direction reverse to the upper rack. A sliding door is connected to the lower rack and is opened or closed in accordance with forward or backward rotation of the motor.
Vacuum powered deposition apparatus
A vacuum powered deposition apparatus including a driving unit, a linear motion unit coupled to the driving unit and configured to move linearly according to operation of the driving unit, and an angle restriction unit coupled to the linear motion unit and configured to move in a direction perpendicular to that of the linear motion unit according to movement of the linear motion unit.
SURGICAL INSTRUMENT SYSTEM INCLUDING REPLACEABLE END EFFECTORS
A surgical instrument system that includes a housing and a rotatable drive shaft, a motor operably coupled to the drive shaft, and a plurality of replaceable end effectors that can be connected to the housing. Each replaceable end effector includes a drive screw that is turned a fixed number of revolutions by the motor-driven rotatable drive shaft when the end effector is connected to the housing. Each end effector further comprises a firing member operably coupled with the drive screw of the end effector. The drive screw is configured to displace the firing member over a firing length as a result of the fixed number of revolutions. In certain embodiments, each replaceable end effector can include a drive screw with a thread pitch set to the firing length divided by the fixed number of revolutions.
Converting between rotary and linear motion, and a sawing device
Apparatus for converting between rotary motion and linear motion includes a rotatable piece being rotatable about an axis; at least one member having a linking surface facing the rotatable piece and arranged for movement relative to the axis of the piece; and a means for linking the linking surface of the respective member and the surface of the rotatable piece, so that rotational motion of the rotatable piece causes linear movement of the at least one member, and/or linear movement of the at least one member causes rotational motion of the rotatable piece. A sawing device may include said apparatus for cutting by repetitive reciprocating cutting action. A saw blade may be configured for such a sawing device.
