The device comprises a cover unit, a rotary unit, a control unit, and a body unit, wherein the rotary unit comprises a knob operation part exposed to the outside of the cover part, and a sensing part inserted in the knob operation part to be rotated by the knob operation part and to sense the rotation of the knob operation part. The control part comprises a parking button for shifting a transmission to a parking range, a display part for displaying the working range of the transmission and a sensor for sensing the rotation of the rotary unit. The body unit comprises a locking part coupled or decoupled from the sensing part to restrict the rotation of the rotary unit, and a cam into which one side of the sensing part is inserted to allow returning to the original position.

A handle assembly for an outlet valve for a tank, where the outlet valve has a stem that is actuated to open and close the outlet valve, is provided. The handle assembly includes a handle. A shaft is attached to the handle, and an adapter attached to the shaft. A bracket is adapted to mount the shaft to the tank so that the shaft is pivotally mounted with respect to the tank and movable with respect to the outlet valve between an engaged position, where the adapter is connected to the stem, and a disengaged position, where the adapter is disconnected from the stem.

The electronic apparatus includes a base member, a rotatable operation member, a clicking member rotatable together with the rotatable operation member, an exterior member disposed between the base and rotatable operation members, a switching operation member provided with an operation knob and movable between first and second positions, a pressing member and a contact, member both held by the base member, the pressing member being biased toward the clicking member, the contact member being biased toward the switching operation member to contact the switching operation member, and a stopper member movable together with the switching operation member. When the switching operation member is located at the first position, the pressing member contacts the concave and convex portions. When the switching operation member is located at the second position, the pressing member contacts the stopper member and held away from the concave and convex portions.

A bicycle brake and shift operating device is basically provided with a base member, a brake lever and a first shift switch. The base member includes a grip portion and a mounting portion. The mounting portion is configured to be mounted to a bicycle handlebar. The brake lever is pivotally connected to the base member at a pivot axis. The brake lever includes an inward facing surface and an outward facing surface. The first shift switch includes a first operating portion arranged along the inward facing surface of the brake lever. The first shift switch is arranged to electrically control a shifting device.

When the switching operation member is located at the second position, the pressing member contacts the stopper member and held away from the concave and convex portions.
