Tamper-proof molded article and accelerator apparatus having the same
A support member includes a base projection. A cover includes a press-fitting portion and a cover projection. The press-fitting portion is press-fitted to a press-fitting hole of the support member. The cover projection is placed at a location, which is spaced from the base projection in a state where the press-fitting portion is press-fitted. At time of disassembling between the support member and the cover by sliding the cover in a releasing direction, the base projection and the cover projection contact with each other to form a disassembly indication mark, which indicates the disassembling between the cover and the support member, on at least one of the base projection and the cover projection.
Accelerator pedal device
An accelerator pedal device includes a housing which pivotably supports a pedal arm, a return spring, a magnetic position sensor which detects an angular position of the pedal arm, and a drive source, a return lever, and a control circuit board serving as an active control mechanism which controls to push back the pedal arm toward a rest position under predetermined conditions, a circuit for a Hall element of the position sensor is arranged on the control circuit board. According to the above, a conventionally-required circuit board dedicated to a position sensor is not required to be arranged and the position sensor is connected via bus bars and the like while eliminating lead wire and the like.
Vehicle
An accelerator pedal is located forward of the driver seat. The accelerator pedal is supported by a bracket and is movable by stepping on than accelerator pedal. An accelerator position, sensor is located higher than the bracket and detects a deflection amount of the accelerator pedal. A wire connects the accelerator pedal and the accelerator position sensor to each other. The vehicle can prevent the accelerator position sensor from being splashed with mud and water.
Vehicle pedal device
A vehicle pedal device includes a housing installed on a floor portion of a vehicle, a support provided behind the housing in a vehicle front-rear direction, and provided for a lower portion of the housing, and a pedal pad disposed while being inclined such that the pedal pad extends in a direction from the support to a position above the housing with a lower end portion of the pedal pad being rotatably supported by the support. The diameter of the largest virtual circle accommodated in a space defined by the pedal pad in a state of being maximally stepped on, the housing, and the support is larger than the diameter of the smallest virtual circle being in contact with the pedal pad in a state of being not stepped on and the housing as seen in a direction toward the pedal pad from a lateral side.

Modular pedal assembly for vehicles
A modular pedal assembly for use with a vehicle that includes a prime mover, a control circuit, and a brake assembly. The modular pedal assembly including a base that is removably connectable with the vehicle, a brake pedal, an accelerator pedal that is displaceable between a first position and a second position, and a control output regulator that includes a first sensor and a second sensor. In a vehicle having an electric motor prime mover, the first sensor is a limit switch electrically connected to the control circuit, and the second sensor is a variable resistor. In a vehicle having an internal combustion engine prime mover, the first sensor is a limit switch operable to control a starter motor, and the second sensor is a limit switch operable to control a spark plug ignition.
Active Vibratory Pedal with Haptic Motor Power Connection Assembly
An active vibratory pedal comprising a pedal housing and a pedal housing cover. A pedal arm extends into the pedal housing. An electric vibratory motor is mounted on the pedal arm. A power cable extends from the motor into the end of the pedal arm extending into the pedal housing. A motor power connection assembly includes, in one embodiment, electrical contactors coupled to the end of the power cable and located in an open recess defined in the drum of the pedal arm. Conductive tracks are formed on the cover of the pedal housing. The contactors are in sliding contact with the contactor tracks. Power connection terminals extend through the cover and into electrical contact with the conductive tracks. In another embodiment, terminals extend through the cover and into electrical contact with the end of the power cable extending into the open recess defined in the drum of the pedal.
Accelerator pedal apparatus
An accelerator pedal apparatus includes a pedal arm which includes an accelerator pedal; a housing which supports the pedal arm between a rest position and a maximum depression position as being rotatable around a predetermined swing axis line; a first return spring which exerts urging force to the pedal arm to return toward the rest position; and a reaction force adding mechanism which adds reaction force opposed to tread force of the accelerator pedal. The reaction force adding mechanism includes a movable member movably arranged against the housing while receiving reaction force of the first return spring, a reaction force spring arranged between the movable member and the pedal arm to be capable of generating reaction force against the tread force, and a lock member capable of locking the movable member not to be movable at desired timing.
Reaction force pedal device
A reaction force pedal device provided with pedal members operated by a driver, a motor which applies a reaction force to the pedal members through an arm member which is always connected to the pedal members, and a clutch arranged between the motor and the arm member. When the pedal members are displaced, the clutch is temporarily released.
