Trimmer
A device for trimming stems and the leafy plant structure projecting from a flower of a plant, for example a harvested flower of a marijuana plant. The device includes a blade head for supporting a pair of sheet blades, each sheet blade having a contact surface, the contact surface of the first sheet blade configured for reciprocating motion against the contact surface of the second. The first sheet blade and the second sheet blade are formed having numerous trimming apertures such that as the first sheet blade reciprocates against the second sheet blade, the plurality of first sheet blade trimming apertures and the plurality of second sheet aperture alternately, and at last partially, align and close creating a shearing action between the edges defining each of the plurality of first sheet blade trimming apertures and an edge defining each of the plurality of second sheet blade trimming apertures.
Tool heads for shearing operations
Shear tools are described that are driven by a power assembly. In one version, the shear tools include a pivotally movable pair of lever arms. Upon activation of the power tool, the lever arms of the shear tool are pivotally displaced and urge a die along a shearing plane relative to another stationary die retained by the shear tool. In another version, the shear tools include a carriage and link assembly. Upon engagement and activation with a power assembly or power tool, a movable die is urged past a stationary die. Also described are systems and related methods utilizing the shear tools which enable convenient shearing or severing of workpieces such as strut channel.
Device for cutting structural steels
A cutting device for cutting a number of structural steels in series is disclosed. The cutting device may include a cutting mechanism coupled to an actuating mechanism, both mounted on a support frame. The cutting mechanism may include a stationary cutting member having a plurality of openings and a movable cutting member mounted in side-by-side abutment with the stationary cutting member. Each lateral opening on the stationary cutting member is aligned with the corresponding opening on the movable cutting member, thereby forming a single extended opening, which is capable of receiving a workpiece therein. The movable cutting member is movable relative to the stationary cutting member from a first position to a second position. As the movable cutting member moves, it moves the aligned openings of the individual cutting members out of alignment one after another thereby shearing the workpieces in the process.

Cutting machine for window blind
A cutting machine is employed to cut a window blind which includes a first support stem, a second support stem, and multiple slats. The cutting machine contains: a base, a cutting mount, a rotary cutting disc, a slidable cutter, a switch unit, and a positioning mechanism. The cutting mount includes a first through hole and a second through hole. The rotary cutting disc is configured to rotatably cut the window blind from the first through hole to the second through hole. The slidable cutter is configured to slidably cut the window blind from the second through hole to the first through hole. The switch unit includes a separation portion which moves upwardly and downwardly and has a cutting plate proximate to the slidable cutter. The positioning mechanism is configured to fix the window blind based on a desired cut length of the window blind.
