The angle guide assembly includes an attachment member configured to attach the angle guide assembly to the table body; a guide body and an angled fence pivotally coupled to the guide body between a first orientation in which a workpiece can be placed at an angle to the longitudinal axis along a first guide surface of the guide body by placing the workpiece against the fence surface, and a second orientation in which a workpiece can be placed at an angle to the longitudinal axis along a second guide surface of the guide body by placing the workpiece against the fence surface.

The present disclosure provides systems, methods and assemblies comprising one or more tapered feed rolls. Tapered feed rolls may be used to change the rate and direction of workpiece travel along a processing line while retaining the workpieces in sequential order. Routing workpiece flow with tapered feed rolls may allow the workpieces to be tracked along one or more processing lines, and may reduce the operational space required for workpiece processing.

Disclosed is a device for notching, at an interval of a unit electrode, a continuous electrode sheet in which an electrode active material is applied to one or both surfaces thereof, to form a plurality of unit electrodes from the electrode sheet, the device including a press to press notches on the top and the bottom of the electrode sheet at a set position, and two or more grippers arranged at the rear of the press based on a feed direction of the electrode sheet, the grippers drawing and transporting the electrode sheet by one pitch, a size corresponding to the unit electrode according to operation of the press, wherein while one of the grippers draws and transports the electrode sheet, the remaining grippers move to a position for drawing.
Method for cutting and placing nose wires in a facemask manufacturing process
A method and system are provided for cutting and placing individual nose wires in a facemask production line. A continuous wire is supplied from a source to a cutting station in the production line. At the cutting station, the wire is engaged with a set of driven feed rollers that advance the wire at a first speed to a cutting roller, wherein the wire is cut into individual nose wires. The individual nose wires from the cutting roller are then engaged by a set of delivery rollers to deposit the individual nose wires onto a running carrier web. The delivery rollers are independently driven relative to the feed rollers and cutting roller such that the nose wires from the cutting roller are initially accelerated and transported away from the cutting roller at a second speed that is greater than the first speed and then decelerated and moved onto the carrier web at a third speed that is less than the first speed.
Material placement system
A method for placing material for a composite part. A roller may be positioned relative to a material delivery structure in which the roller is associated with an end of the material delivery structure. A material delivery structure may be moved relative to a mold. A plurality of lengths of material may be moved towards a roller associated with an end of the material delivery structure. The plurality of lengths of material may be placed on the mold with the roller.

A tile saw includes a base, a frame assembly disposed on the base, a first rail disposed on the frame assembly, the first rail having a longitudinal axis, a table slidingly disposed on the first rail, a support assembly disposed on the base, a saw assembly supported by the support assembly, the saw assembly comprising a motor, a cutting wheel driven by the motor, the saw assembly being pivotable about a horizontal axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis, and a switch electrically connected to the motor and disposed on the support assembly so that, when the motor assembly is pivoted about the horizontal axis, the switch remains stationary.

A table is slidingly disposed on the first rail and a support assembly is disposed on the base. A fence assembly is attachable to the table and has a first fence and a second fence for contacting the workpiece. The second fence is pivotably attached to the first fence and pivotable about a substantially horizontal axis. A saw assembly is supported by the support assembly and includes a motor, and a cutting wheel driven by the motor.
