DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0047] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are described clearly with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The following description of the at least one exemplary embodiment is actually merely illustrative and never constitutes any limitation to the present disclosure and application or use thereof. All other embodiments made based on the embodiments of the present disclosure by a person of ordinary skill in the art without paying any creative effort shall be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.
[0048]
[0049] The frame 5 includes a chassis, and a bearing portion mounted above the chassis; the cab 6 is mounted on the chassis and located in front of the bearing portion; the movable arm 3 includes a front end 34 located in front of the cab 6, and a rear end located at a rear part of the frame 5; the rear connecting rod 1 includes a first end 11 hinged with the bearing portion, and a second end 12 hinged with the movable arm 3; the front connecting rod 2 includes a first end 21 hinged with the bearing portion, and a second end 22 hinged withe movable arm 3; and the hydraulic cylinder 4 includes a first end 41 hinged with the bearing portion, and a second end 42 hinged with the movable arm 3, so as to drive the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 to switch between a lower position and a upper position.
[0050] As shown in
[0051] In this embodiment, the movable arm 3 and the frame 5 are connected through a connecting rod mechanism, and in the lifting process of the movable arm 3, a trajectory 7 of the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 is approximately a vertical straight line.
[0052] During the movement of the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 from a first position to a second position, the rear connecting rod 1 moves counterclockwise first and then moves clockwise, and the front connecting rod 2 moves clockwise all the time.
[0053] The bearing portion includes a first bearing portion and a second bearing portion, wherein an upper end of the first bearing portion and a first end 11 of the rear connecting rod 1 are hinged at a first hinge point 51, the first bearing portion is lower than the rear window 61 of the cab 6, an upper end of the second bearing portion and a first end 21 of the front connecting rod 2 are hinged at a second hinge point 52, and the second bearing portion is located at a side part of the rear window 61 of the cab 6.
[0054] The second bearing portion is located in front of the first bearing portion and adjacent to a rear wall of the cab 6. The second bearing portion can play a role in protecting the rear window of the cab 6, and can avoid serious deformation of the cab 6 under severe and dangerous conditions such as rollover to help a user escape from the rear window 61.
[0055] In some embodiments, the second bearing portion is higher than the first bearing portion. In some embodiments, the second bearing portion is connected to a rear wall of the cab 6.
[0056] Referring to
[0057] The first hinge portion 31, the second hinge portion 32 and the third hinge portion 33 are arranged sequentially from back to front.
[0058] As shown in
[0059] When the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 is located at the lower position, the second hinge portion 32 is located below a connecting line of the first hinge portion 31 and the second hinge point 52 of the first end 21 of the front connecting rod 2 and the bearing portion.
[0060] When the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 is located at the lower position, the second end 12 of the rear connecting rod 1 is located rearward and above the first end 11 of the rear connecting rod 1; and when the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 is located at the lower position, the second end 22 of the front connecting rod 2 is located rearward and below the first end 21 of the front connecting rod 2.
[0061] As shown in
[0062] The third hinge point 53 of the first end of the hydraulic cylinder 4 and the bearing portion is located below the first hinge point 51 of the first end 11 of the rear connecting rod 1 and the bearing portion.
[0063] The first hinge point 51 of the first end 11 of the rear connecting rod 1 and the bearing portion is located behind the second hinge point 52 of the first end 21 of the front connecting rod 2 and the bearing portion, and the first hinge point 51 is lower than or the second hinge point 52 or aligned with the second hinge point 52.
[0064] As shown in
[0065] When the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 is lifted from a lower position to an upper position under the driving of the hydraulic cylinder 4, the rear connecting rod 1 moves counterclockwise for a short time first and then moves clockwise, and the front connecting rod 2 moves clockwise all the time.
[0066] When the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 is located at the lower position, the second end 12 of the rear connecting rod 1 is located rearward and above the first end 11 of the rear connecting rod 1, so that the front end 34 of the movable arm 3 extends forwards at the beginning of lifting and then ascends approximately vertically, which is beneficial to the stability of low-position transportation.
[0067] The rear connecting rod 1 includes two rod-shaped parts at two ends in a width direction of the loader, and a second cross beam 14 connecting the two rod-shaped parts, for connecting rear connecting rod-related structures on two sides of a longitudinal center. The second cross beam 35 is arranged at the front end of the movable arm 3, and the rear connecting rod 1 and the cross beam on the movable arm 3 can well reduce the offset of the movable arm when the movable arm is laterally stressed and enhance the structural strength. The pedal 36 is arranged on the cross beam 35, thereby facilitating a driver to step into the cab from a front door.
[0068] Referring to
[0069] The descriptions above are only exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, but are not intended to limit the present disclosure; and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principles of the present disclosure should be all included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.
