The ornamental design for a portable light having a movable head, substantially as shown and described.

Description

(2) FIG. 5 is a side view of a first side thereof;

(3) FIG. 6 is a side view of a second side thereof;

(4) FIG. 7 is a side view of a third side thereof;

(5) FIG. 8 is a side view of a fourth side thereof;

(6) FIG. 9 is an end view of a first end thereof; and

(7) FIG. 10 is an end view of a second end thereof; and,

(8) FIGS. 11 and 12 are two perspective views of the portable light having a movable head illustrating examples of alternative positions of the movable head thereof.
