Vehicle Steering Assembly

Abstract

A vehicle steering assembly has a steering handle for steering a vehicle and a suspension part that can be secured to the vehicle. The steering handle is secured to the suspension part and it can be pivoted with respect to the suspension part about a pivot axis in a steering position and a table position, in which the steering handle can be used as a table.

Claims

1. A steering assembly of a vehicle, comprising: a steering handle for steering the vehicle; a suspension which is fastenable in the vehicle, wherein the steering handle is fastened to the suspension, and wherein the steering handle is pivotable about a pivot axis with respect to the suspension into a steering position and into a table position in which the steering handle is usable as a table.

2. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein the steering handle pivots by at least 30 about the pivot axis.

3. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein the steering handle pivots by at least 45 about the pivot axis.

4. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein the steering handle pivots by at least 55 about the pivot axis.

5. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein a connection between suspension and steering handle is configured such that the steering handle in the table position stands at +/10 to horizontal.

6. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein the steering handle is fixable in at least one intermediate position between the steering position and the table position.

7. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein the steering handle comprises an integrated holder, which is foldable out and/or extendable from the steering handle, and is configured to secure an object placed on the steering handle from slipping.

8. The steering assembly according to claim 1, wherein a cup holder is integrated in the steering handle.

9. A seat, comprising: a vehicle seat; a steering assembly comprising: a steering handle for steering a vehicle; a suspension which is fastenable in the vehicle, wherein the steering handle is fastened to the suspension, and wherein the steering handle is pivotable about a pivot axis with respect to the suspension into a steering position and into a table position in which the steering handle is usable as a table, wherein the suspension is fastened to the vehicle seat.

10. A vehicle, comprising: a steering assembly for the vehicle, the steering assembly comprising: a steering handle for steering the vehicle; a suspension which is fastenable in the vehicle, wherein the steering handle is fastened to the suspension, and wherein the steering handle is pivotable about a pivot axis with respect to the suspension into a steering position and into a table position in which the steering handle is usable as a table.

11. The vehicle according to claim 10, wherein the vehicle is an autonomous driving vehicle.

12. A vehicle, comprising: a vehicle seat; and a steering assembly comprising: a steering handle for steering the vehicle; a suspension which is fastenable in the vehicle, wherein the steering handle is fastened to the suspension, and wherein the steering handle is pivotable about a pivot axis with respect to the suspension into a steering position and into a table position in which the steering handle is usable as a table, wherein the suspension of the steering assembly is fastened to the vehicle seat, and the vehicle seat together with the steering assembly is displaceable, tiltable and/or rotatable with respect to the vehicle.

13. A steering handle of a vehicle, comprising: a holder integrated in the steering handle, wherein the holder is foldable out and/or extendable from the steering handle and configured to secure an object placed on the steering handle from slipping.

14. The steering handle according to claim 13, wherein the holder is configured to secure a tablet or a book from slipping.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
