The ornamental design for a rotary cleaning tool for hardened surfaces, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a front view of a rotary cleaning tool for hardened surfaces, the back side being a mirror image;

(2) FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image;

(3) FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

(4) FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

(5) FIG. 5 is an isometric view thereof;

(6) FIG. 6 is an isometric view thereof with a cleaning pad drawn in broken lines showing the rotary cleaning tool for hardened surfaces in a condition of use; and,

(7) FIG. 7 is an isometric view thereof with an electrical drill drawn in broken lines showing the rotary cleaning tool for hardened surfaces in a condition of use.

(8) The broken lines shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 are for purposes of illustrating environmental structure associated with the claimed design in condition of use, and which forms no part of the claimed design.
