PIPE COATING REMOVAL APPARATUS
A pipe coating removal apparatus (1) for removing all or some of the coating on a pipe, the pipe coating removal apparatus (1) having a pipe support means (2) for supporting a length of pipe. and further having a tool carriage (3). The tool carriage (3) being capable of supporting two or more different types of pipe coating removal tools (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (80), (81), (82) and/or (70). The pipe coating removal apparatus (1) being capable of causing relative movement between the tool carriage (3) and the pipe support means (2) to remove all or some of the coating on the pipe that is supportable by the pipe support means (2).
Double-stringer rotary brush
A double-stringer rotary brush assembly formed of a pair of brush wire mounting hubs having sets of alternating radially staggered radially innermost and outermost brush wire tuft mounting holes having different hole sizes with brush wire tufts extending radially outwardly therefrom having at least one of (a) different lengths, (b) an offset trim, and/or (c) differently sized knots anchoring the tufts thereto. One hub can be angularly offset relative to the other hub angularly offsetting the holes of one hub relative to the other hub from being concentric. The tufts extending from one of the radially innermost and outermost holes are stiffer than the tufts extending from the other one of the radially innermost and outermost holes imparting to the brush assembly tufts having different surface finishing and abrasive removal characteristics.

SIZE-VARIABLE WHEEL DEBURRING DEVICE
Disclosed is a size-variable wheel deburring device including combined manipulators, a transfer manipulator, a burr brushing system, fixture systems, and so on. Pneumatic fingers grip shanks of retaining pins to bring pin bodies into fit with first retaining sleeves and second retaining sleeves, and retaining lugs with guide grooves. Springs are compressed to cause 90-degree rotation of pin bodies such that retaining lugs come into retaining grooves of the second retaining sleeves. A brush is driven by a driving motor to rotate and elevated by right elevating cylinders to contact with a back cavity of a wheel for deburring. The size-variable wheel deburring device is capable of automatically adjusting the size of the brush and of each fixture according to the diameters of wheels in use, and realizing mixed online burr brushing, and additionally has the characteristics of advanced technique, high automation degree, good universality, and safe and stable performance.
Wheel deburring device and deburring method
The present invention provides a wheel deburring device, consisting of a frame, a motor, a guide rail, a swing plate, a cylinder, a servo electric cylinder and a hairbrush and the like. When in use, the device provided by the present invention can adjust the angle of the hairbrush according to the shape of the back cavity of the wheel spoke to adapt to hubs of any style, and the deburring effect is very ideal; and meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of high degree of automation, advanced process, safe and stable performance, etc.
Apparatus for machining a workpiece
An apparatus (10) for machining a workpiece (12) comprises at least two machining elements (14a, 14b) and a rotating belt (16) for moving the machining elements (14a, 14b) relative to a workpiece (12) to be machined. The machining elements (14a, 14b) each comprise a main body (20a, 20b) and a first connecting element (22a, 22b) connected to the main body (20a, 20b), which first connecting element is connectable to a second connecting element (24a, 24b) complementary to the first connecting element (22a, 22b) and connected to the belt (16). The first connecting element (22a, 22b) comprises a rotary body (26a, 26b). The second connecting element (24a, 24b) has a connection area (28a, 28b) for connection with the rotary body (26a, 26b). When the rotary body (26a, 26b) is rotated in a first rotary direction (R1) the rotary body (26a, 26b) is connected to the connection area (28a, 28b). When the rotary body (26a, 26b) is rotated in a second rotary direction (R2) opposed to the first rotary direction (R1) the rotary body (26a, 26b) is separated from the connection area (28a, 28b). The rotary body (26a, 26b) is arranged relative to the main body (20a, 20b) and connected to the latter in such a manner that during machining of the workpiece (12) a resulting force is exerted on the rotary body (26a, 26b) via the main body (20a, 20b), which force provides a torque for a rotation of the rotary body (26a, 26b) in the first rotary direction (R1).
ENGINE VALVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
An engine valve having a shaft portion and a head portion expanding in diameter like a head at an edge of the shaft portion, and being to open and close a port provided in a cylinder head, wherein the head portion has a head front surface on a bottom side facing a combustion chamber side, a head rear surface on a top side facing the port side, and an outer peripheral surface of the head portion formed between the head front surface and the head rear surface, and the head portion is provided a mirror-finished mirror portion, and the head portion is provided a mirror-finished mirror portion on the entire area of the head front surface exposed to the combustion chamber and the entire area of the outer peripheral surface exposed to the combustion chamber.
INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR CLEANING AND/OR DEBURRING WORKPIECES
To provide an installation for cleaning and/or deburring workpieces, comprising a treatment region configured to enable a cleaning treatment and/or a deburring treatment to be performed on a workpiece therein, a loading device for transferring the workpiece from an outer area of the installation into the treatment region and an unloading device for transferring the workpiece from the treatment region into the outer area of the installation, with which installation there is achieved a high workpiece throughput with a favourable cleaning and/or deburring result, it is proposed that the loading device and/or the unloading device comprises at least one treatment device configured to enable the workpiece to be treated during the transfer between the outer area of the installation and the treatment region of the installation.
