A box blank useful for forming a container includes a first layer including paperboard, a second layer including a paper layer and a foil layer, and an adhesive layer adhering the first layer to the second layer. The foil layer is between the paperboard and the paper layer.

A paper-based composite container for an off-gassing product includes a paperboard can body having a substantially gas-impervious liner attached to an inner surface thereof, and a pair of substantially paper-based end closures attached to the opposite ends of the can body, each end closure defining a generally cylindrical sealing panel in contact with an inner surface of the can body. Heat-sealable materials are disposed on opposing surfaces of the sealing panel and can body. The sealing panels of the end closures are attached to the can body by heat seals. The heat seal for at least one of the end closures is discontinuous such that at least one vent channel extends through the heat seal to establish fluid communication between an interior of the container and the environment outside the container. The at least one vent channel is operable to vent excess gas pressure from the interior of the container.

Methods and systems for integrating multiple portions of a container are provided. The method and system are specifically designed for integrating multiple shell portions with ear lobe-shaped tabs. The method comprises: providing a first set of retention structures to be associated with a plurality of inter-connecting features formed on an edge of a first shell part, wherein the first set of retention structures comprise at least a lead-in feature and a retention feature; providing a second set of retention structures to be associated with a plurality of inter-connecting features formed on an edge of a second shell part, wherein the second set of retention structures comprise at least a deflection feature and a retention feature; and engaging the two shell parts with aid of the retention structures.

A carrier for holding a plurality of containers includes a front portion having a front attachment panel for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers, a back portion having a back attachment panel for at least partially receiving a respective container of the plurality of containers, and a central portion extending from the front portion to the back portion, the central portion having a central panel overlapping a respective portion of each of the front attachment panel and the back attachment panel.

A coating process of a segmented paper pulp bottle blank includes: S1, placing a film raw material into a bottle blank to be coated; S2, folding an upper edge of the film raw material to fix the upper edge onto a mouth of the bottom blank; S3, placing the bottle blank fixed with the film raw material into a coating mold; S4, placing a hot-air blowing pipe into the bottle blank; and S5, sucking air by the coating mold to absorb the bottle blank onto inner cavity walls of the coating mold, blowing in hot air by the hot-air blowing pipe to make the film raw materia1, after being heated and softened, to be expanded and adhered to the inner wall of the bottle blank, and finally opening the coating mold to take out a finished product. A corrugated box container with a main component including a base section and first and second side sections. The box container additionally includes first and second side support components associated with the first and second side sections for reinforcing the first and second side support sections. The box container further includes a cover component that is capable of engagement with the main component or the first and second side support components, such that the main component and the cover component present a fully enclosed space within the box container. The box container is erected from a knockdown configuration by folding the first and second side sections until the side sections are generally perpendicular with the base section; connecting the first and second side support components with the first and second side sections respectively; and connecting the cover component with the main component or the first and second side support components.

A system comprises a corrugator single facer configured to receive a first web and a second web, to corrugate the first web and adhere the first web in a corrugated state to the second web in an uncorrugated state to form a single face corrugated web as output. The bladders are arranged on each of the sides and configured to be inflated as a cushioning mechanism for the object while placed in the interior of the rectangular solid. The bladders are made of a material based on a weight of the at least one object.
