When the vehicle has an accidental rollover unfortunately, even if the light-permeable unit is damaged or the fixing frame is deformed during the overturning of the vehicle, the arresting net is still able to arrest the user effectively because the arresting net is directly fixed to the fixing frame, thereby preventing the user from being thrown out of the vehicle.
