A table top is for a vehicle compartment accommodating passengers, in particular a rail vehicle. The table top includes a stationary part connected to the vehicle and a moving tray located across from a passenger chair or seat. The tray is movable along an axis of rotation parallel to a plane of the table top. The table top includes a chassis on which the tray is mounted. The chassis is translatable relative to the stationary part along an axis parallel to the plane of the tray and perpendicular to the axis of rotation. In a deployed configuration, the tray is deployed jointly with the stationary part, with the chassis maximally separated from the stationary part. In a folded configuration, the tray is pivoted along its axis of rotation in an inclined position relative to the stationary part, with the chassis minimally separated from the stationary part.

Impact-resilient mounted table device

In a table device (100) with a tabletop (110), which is coupled to a support strut (120) for mounting on a wall for purposes of a support, a danger of injury to a person located in its vicinity during a sudden acceleration, especially in the direction of travel, is significantly reduced as compared to the known table devices (110) in that the tabletop (110) is fastened to a carrier platform (140) provided with mechanical damping elements (130, 131; 130, 131) and is indirectly connected to the support strut (120) across the mechanical damping elements (130, 131; 130, 131).

PANELING MODULES FOR VEHICLES

A vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, has cladding modules for cladding a body shell-side vehicle lateral wall and/or vehicle roof. The cladding modules, or at least a majority of the cladding modules of the vehicle, either have a first width or a second width which is smaller than the first width, and the difference between the first and second width corresponds to half of the width of at least one partition module which is mounted in the vehicle and which is mounted between two of the cladding modules or is arranged on an interface between two directly adjacent cladding modules, in particular the partition module is placed in front of the interface when seen in the vehicle transverse direction and covers the interface.

POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITION

A polycarbonate resin composition comprising, 100 mass parts of (A1) a polycarbonate resin that contains a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit of the following general formula (1) and (A2) a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit of the general formula (2) in a mass ratio (A1)/(A2) of 100/0 to 10/90; 3 to 20 mass parts of a phosphorus flame retardant (B); 2 to 20 mass parts of a silicone flame retardant (C); and 3 to 100 mass parts of an inorganic filler (D), wherein the phosphorus flame retardant (B) is a phosphazene compound and/or a condensed phosphate ester, [C1]

Adaptable insulated galley cart carbonated beverage delivery system

A galley cart carbonated beer dispensing system employs a housing defining a cavity. A door is coupled to the housing and configured to be moved between a closed position and an open position. A keg is received in the cavity and a carbonation cylinder is received in the cavity and connected to the keg. A spigot is supported on a dispensing tower extending from a top of the housing and connected to the keg. The dispensing tower is retractable into the cavity.

Tray table assembly with automatic centering during stowage

A tray table assembly adapted to move to and from a stowed position in a stowage module positioned to one side of a passenger seat. The assembly includes an arcuate rail movably mounted in the stowage module, a tray table mounted on the rail for arcuate movement along the rail between the stowed position and the deployed position relative to the rail, and also mounted on the rail for fore and aft translating movement in the deployed position. The tray table rides on an arcuate rail that permits both deployment and fore and aft movement of the tray table, and automatically centers the tray table during movement toward the stowed position.
