The second fastener is positioned on the second tab such that the second tab is configured to couple to a surface, such as an inner garment or the skin of a user, adjacent to the first tab. The first tab is positioned to contact the second tab such that the first tab and the outer garment are retained in a substantially fixed position relative to the second tab.
