The method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes the steps of winding a tire building drum with an innerliner film coated with the above rubber adhesive liquid; and overlapping both ends of the innerliner film with each other to form a splice joint, wherein the rubber adhesive liquid is coated in a thickness of 10 to 100 m, and the splice joint has a length of 20 to 100 mm.
