SUSPENSION CLEANING

A method of cleaning a contaminated surface, such as cleaning the elongate interior lumen of an endo scope contaminated with flesh, bone, blood, mucous, faeces or biofilm, said method comprising the steps of: providing a suspension of solid particles in a liquid to said contaminated surface, and flowing said suspension along said surface thereby to remove contaminant from the surface. The suspension is preferably a paste, where the solid material may be e.g. crystals of a salt, silicon oxide or organic material. The paste preferably has a solid fraction between 5 and 55%. A rheology modifier may be present.

Method of manufacturing semiconductor device and method of cleaning substrate

In a method of cleaning a substrate, a solution including a size-modification material is applied on a substrate, on which particles to be removed are disposed. Size-modified particles having larger size than the particles are generated, from the particles and the size-modification material. The size-modified particles are removed from the substrate.

20210189292 · 2021-06-24 ·

The present disclosure pertains to surfactants for use in the formulation of detergents, foaming agents, emulsifiers, and degreasers. Some aspects of the invention include formulations suitable for cleaning and/or condition fabrics including upholstery. Some formulations are suitable for in home or commercial dry cleaning. Some of the formulations may be suitable for cleaning hard surfaces including plastic surfaces.

Cleaning compositions and methods for enhancing fragrance performance

Disclosed are fragrance-enhanced cleaning compositions including a mixture of a linear alkyLbenzene sulfonate (LAS) and a sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES), wherein the mixture is present in the cleaning composition in an amount of about 1%-2% by weight and wherein a weight ratio of LAS:SLES is about 3:1 to about 1:1 or about 6:1 to about 4:1; and a fragrance. Methods of preparing and using the present cleaning compositions are also disclosed. In addition, methods of formulating a cleaning composition having an enhanced fragrance performance are provided.

Cleansing bars with taurine

Described herein, are cleansing bar compositions comprising at least one cleanser chosen from soap and surfactant; taurine, in free or salt form; and at least one polymer. Methods of making using the cleansing bar compositions are also described.

TETRAACETYLDIAMINE AND TRIACETYLDIAMINE DERIVATIVES USEFUL AS BLEACH ACTIVATORS

This disclosure relates generally to bleach activator compositions. This disclosure relates more particularly to tetraacetyldiamine and/or triacetyldiamine derivatives and compositions thereof and to their use as bleach activators, and methods for using them as detergents or biocides.

Composition for surface treatment, method for producing the same, surface treatment method using composition for surface treatment, and method for producing semiconductor substrate

An objective of the present invention is to provide a means for sufficiently removing residues remaining on a surface of a polished object to be polished. A composition for surface treatment containing a polymer compound having at least one ionic functional group selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid (salt) group, a phosphoric acid (salt) group, a phosphoric acid (salt) group, and an amino group, and water, in which pH is less than 7, and the polymer compound has a pKa of 3 or less and an ionic functional group density of more than 10%.

Use of an ionic liquid and alcohol blend to modify the rheology of polyethoxylated alcohol sulfates

In one embodiment, a polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate composition is provided which includes a polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate, such as sodium laureth ether sulfate (SLES), water, an ionic liquid, and an alcohol. The ionic liquid and the alcohol form a synergistic blend, enabling a significant reduction of the viscosity of the polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate composition. Also provided is an embodiment of a method for modifying the rheology of polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate by use of an ionic liquid and alcohol blend. Finally provided is an embodiment of a detergent composition which is prepared by use of the polyethoxylated alcohol sulfate composition described herein, in addition to other commonly known ingredients.

Drain-unclogging straw
11021682 · 2021-06-01 ·

The drain-unclogging straw is a chemical device. The drain-unclogging straw comprises a drain clearing device and a domestic DWV system. The domestic DWV system further comprises a drain. The drain contains biochemically-generated material that inhibits the flow of wastewater through the drain. The drain clearing device is a chemical device that is formed as a kit. The drain clearing device breaks the biochemically-generated material down into components that will flow through the drain. The drain clearing device comprises a straw and a chemical compound. The chemical compound is in a solid phase. The straw contains the chemical compound. The straw is placed directly in the drain. Once in the drain, the straw dissolves such that the chemical compound is released into the drain. The chemical compound chemically interacts with the biochemically-generated material such that the biochemically-generated material is broken down.
