The invention provides cleaning compositions comprising water, one or more detergent surfactants and defibrillated primary cell wall material comprising microfibrils. The invention also relates to a method for preparing a cleaning composition comprising water, one or more detergent surfactants and defibrillated primary cell wall material comprising microfibrils, wherein the method includes a high shear treatment step.
LONG LASTING CLEANING FOAM
The invention relates to an aqueous foaming cleaning composition for removing soil at low temperatures from a surface to be cleaned, characterized in, that the aqueous foaming cleaning composition comprises: a linear and/or branched C.sub.12-alkyl dimethylamine oxide or C.sub.12-alkyl diethylamine oxide or C.sub.12-alkyl methylethylamine oxide; a linear and/or branched C.sub.14-alkyl dimethylamine oxide or C.sub.14-alkyl diethylamine oxide or C.sub.14-alkyl methylethylamine oxide; at least one anion tenside of: a dodecyl (oxyethylen)w sulfat, wherein w represents an average addition mole number ranging from about 1 to about 10, and/or at least one polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether carboxylic acid or salt thereof represented by formula (I): RO-(AO).sub.n-1-A′-COO.sub.mM (I) wherein, R represents a linear and/or branched alkyl group having about 8 to about 18 carbon atoms; AO represents an alkylene oxy group having about 2 to about 4 carbon atoms; n represents an average addition mole number ranging from about 1 to about 20; A′ represents an alkylene group having about 1 to about 3 carbon atoms; M represents H or a cation; and m represents the number equal to a valence number of M; —a source of alkalinity; and —water.
CLEANING PRODUCT
The invention is a detergent solution for cleaning a receptacle for milk or liquid milk-derived products, the detergent solution comprising water, one or more types of surfactant and an odour absorbing compound. The surfactants are provided to dissolve greasy milk-based residues from the receptacle and the odour absorbing compound is provided to neutralise odours produced by any remaining milk-based residues not removed by the surfactants. The detergent solution is water-based so that it can be rinsed off easily in a sink in the home. The detergent solution is particularly suited to plastic receptacles because plastic is more prone to accumulating mal-odour producing bacteria. This is because a plastic surface is more porous than glass so it is more difficult to remove greasy residues from a plastic surface and therefore grease can build up in the pores, out of the reach of surfactants, and provide a place for odour-producing bacteria to grow. An odour absorbing compound does not remove the residue but can neutralise the odours from the residue. The invention also discloses a method for dispensing a detergent solution comprising at least one surfactant, the method comprising ejecting detergent solution from a reservoir in the form of a spray, wherein the surfactant is present in the detergent solution in an amount of from 3% to 15% by weight of the detergent solution. The invention discloses also a method of cleaning a receptacle for milk, or liquid milk-derived products, the method comprising: spraying a detergent solution comprising at least one surfactant onto the receptacle, wherein the surfactant is present in the detergent solution in an amount of from 3% to 15% by weight of the detergent solution.
Antiperspirant and Deodorant Compositions Comprising Malodor Reduction Compositions
The present invention relates to personal care compositions comprising malodor reduction compositions and methods of making and using such personal care compositions. Such personal care compositions comprising the malodor control technologies disclosed herein provide malodor control without leaving an undesireable scent and when perfume is used to scent such compositions, such scent is not unduely altered by the malodor control technology.
