PUMP MOTOR WITH A FIXED BEARING
A pump motor having a permanent magnet rotor, a containment shell, a wound stator, a motor housing, a pump head, a shaft, which is secured in the containment shell on the one hand and in the pump head on the other hand, and a fixed bearing, which is pressed or injected into the permanent magnet rotor and rotatably mounts it on the shaft. The pump motor provides a reliable and economically producible bearing of the permanent magnet rotor on the shaft in a generic pump motor, in which the bearing abutting uniformly against the shaft over the entire bearing length and during a complete rotation can be achieved, small angle errors can be compensated, and noises can be reduced.

Cutter wheel, cutter disc as well as cutter assembly suitable for grinder pumps
A cutter assembly configured for a grinder pump and including a cutter wheel and a cutter disc that interact with each other. The cutter wheel includes a shaft portion that is configured to interact with a central hole of the cutter disc, a hub portion that is connected to the shaft portion and at least two main cutting edges that in the radial direction extend outwards from the hub portion and that are configured to interact with a set of cutting holes of the cutter disc. The shaft portion includes an axially extending cutting recess. The hub portion includes only one radially extending cutting recess. The cutter disc includes a suction side, a central hole that is configured to interact with the shaft portion of the cutter wheel and a set of cutting holes that open in the suction side radially outside the central hole.
EZ ADJUST IMPELLER CLEARANCE
A pump features a bearing sleeve couples to a pump shaft, and includes a bearing sleeve surface having bores for receiving fasteners; and an adjusting nut having a central bore with central bore threads to rotationally couple to pump shaft threads, is configured to rotate in relation to the bearing sleeve and move the pump shaft axially to adjust an impeller clearance between a working side of an impeller arranged on the pump shaft and a casing of the pump, and is configured with an adjusting nut surface having openings different in number than the bores, sets of corresponding bores and openings aligning at angular adjustment intervals, e.g. every 9 or 15°, when the adjusting nut is rotated in relation to the bearing sleeve in either direction in order to receive fasteners to couple the adjusting nut to the bearing sleeve when the adjustment of the impeller clearance is completed.
MAGNETICALLY CONTROLLED VALVE AND PUMP DEVICES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Disclosed herein are embodiments of magnetically controlled valve and pump systems that can be used to control and facilitate fluid flow in fluidic devices. Various types of magnetically controlled valves and pumps are described as well as methods of magnetically-controlling such valves and pumps.
Exhaust pump
An exhaust pump includes: a cylindrical rotating member; an outer cylindrical fixed member; an inner cylindrical fixed member a helical inner thread groove exhaust passage provided between the cylindrical rotating member and the inner cylindrical fixed member; connecting opening portions that are opened in the cylindrical rotating member and that lead a part of gas existing in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the cylindrical rotating member towards the inner thread groove exhaust passage. A gap between an upstream end of the connecting opening portions and lowermost stage rotor blades provided at the outer periphery of the cylindrical rotating member which is located upstream of the connecting opening portions has a dimension equal to or greater than a dimension that enables insertion, into the gap, of a tool for opening the connecting opening portions.

Integrated auxiliary load control and method for controlling the same
A method of controlling a liquid movement system, such as a pool system. The method includes receiving a maximum time that an auxiliary load is to operate, receiving a minimum pump speed of a pump system that pumps a liquid through the auxiliary load, monitoring the time that an auxiliary load has been in operation, monitoring the pump speed of a pump system that pumps a liquid through the auxiliary load, and deactivating the auxiliary load if the maximum time or minimum pump speed has been met. Also disclosed are a pool system and a controller for controlling the pool system.
