09748127 · 2017-08-29 · ·

The upper wall is provided with a recess indented from the outside toward the inside of the container main body, and a protrusion projecting outward on the inside of the recess. The top flange is provided with an insertion part which can be inserted into the recess from the outside of the upper wall. The insertion part is provided with a through-hole capable of penetrating from the side further from the upper wall to the side nearer the upper wall. With the recess in the upper wall opening upward and the insertion part of the top flange inserted into the recess, a molten resin poured into the through-hole of the insertion part from above fills the recess from the bottom surface thereof up to the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion and the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole.

DEVICE FOR HARDENING AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE
20170239928 · 2017-08-24 ·

A device for curing an electrically conductive adhesive arranged between a first component and a second component. The device includes at least one punch to both apply a compressive force onto the first component in the direction of the second component, and introduce a current into the adhesive via the components.

Method and apparatus for joining composite panels

A method of joining panels is disclosed, including adhesively bonding a case in a slot of a first panel, the case having a channel on an inner side, and adhesively bonding a plate to a tab portion of a second panel, the plate having an external pin member. The method further includes inserting the tab portion of the second panel into the case in the slot of the first panel and sliding the external pin member of the plate along the channel on the inner side of the case, to a locking position.

Component crimping apparatus

A component crimping apparatus includes: a substrate holding part that holds a substrate of a transparent material, a component previously attached to each electrode of electrodes juxtaposed in an edge of the substrate through a photo-curable adhesive member; a supporting part having a base part with an optical path and a transparent member on the base part and connected to the optical path, and supports, by the transparent member, a region under a targeted electrode in the substrate; a crimping tool arranged over the transparent member and presses the component to the substrate; a light irradiating part that irradiates the adhesive member attached to the targeted electrode with light through the optical path; and a light shielding member that covers a portion in which the transparent member is not installed in an opening part of the optical path in the base part.

MAGNETIC SYSTEM FOR JOINING AND FASTENING MATERIALS
20170234340 · 2017-08-17 ·

A multi-component magnetic system for joining materials together or fastening materials to a person's body is disclosed. The system is particularly useful as a closure or joining mechanism in clothing, accessories and the like.

System and methods for bonding a structural component within a channel of a rail

The present disclosure provides a system for an aircraft. The system includes a rail having a bottom surface, and a first and a second sidewall extending from the bottom surface. The first sidewall, the second sidewall, and the bottom surface define a channel. The rail also includes blind holes, located in the bottom surface. The system also includes spacers, each comprising a stem and a top portion, extending substantially perpendicular to the stem. The stem of each of the spacers is configured to be positioned in a respective one of the blind holes such that a longitudinal axis of the top portion of each of the spacers is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the channel. The system also includes a structural component, a portion of which is configured to be positioned into the channel such that the structural component rests on the top portion of each of the spacers.

Adhesive member and display device including the same

A display device according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a display panel, a protection member to protect the display panel, and an adhesive member between the display panel and the protection member to couple the display panel to the protection member. The display panel may include a plurality of pixels to display an image, and the adhesive member may include an adhesive agent and an anti-static agent dispersed in the adhesive agent. The anti-static agent may include halogen ions, and a content of halogen ions with respect to a total weight of the adhesive agent may be within a range (e.g., from about 1 ppm to about 1000 ppm) capable of reducing stain failures caused by static electricity, without causing corrosion of driving lines in the display.

On-board audio system for a model vehicle

A realistic simulation of the dynamic sounds of a full-sized vehicle are created on a moving R/C Scale Model. A mounting apparatus supports an audio exciter in a model vehicle without any modification to the exciter. A full range of volume of sound may be produced by the exciter without limiting the range of movement of the exciter as volume is increased or decreased. The apparatus may limit the mechanical excursion of the exciter to prevent physical damage to the exciter. The present invention also provides a method and apparatus for operating the audio exciter in a model vehicle.

ADJUSTABLE P-CLAMP

A P-clamp assembly and method to secure elongate items, such as wires, cables and the like into bundles and to further secure the bundles a support structure. The assembly includes an integrally formed clamp member and a mount element. The clamp member includes a pair of substantially symmetrical, locking arcuate members that includes a hinge mechanism.

ENGAGEMENT MEMBER FOR SPLICING A SPAR ASSEMBLY

In one aspect, there is an engagement member for splicing a spar assembly in an aircraft wing including a joining portion having a first attachment for connecting to a first spar and a second attachment surface for connecting to a second spar; and a rib post extending from the joining portion and disposed between the first attachment surface and the second attachment surface. In an embodiment, the rib post is integral to the joining portion and is configured to couple with a rib web.
