AUTOMOTIVE ORNAMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An automotive ornament including a substrate, a texture layer and a transparent layer is provided. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The texture layer is located on the first surface, wherein the texture layer includes a texture pattern. The transparent layer extends from a top surface of the texture layer to cover a sidewall of the texture layer and a sidewall of the substrate. The transparent layer covers the texture pattern, and the texture layer has a degree of stretching less than the transparent layer. A manufacturing method of automotive ornament is also provided.
Puddle lamp device for displaying image
A puddle lamp device configured for displaying an image may include a housing; and an illumination system lens, an image film, and a plurality of image forming system lenses embedded in the housing, and sequentially arranged in one direction thereof, in which at least one image forming system lens among the plurality of image forming system lenses is made of a cycloolefin polymer (COP) material, and the present invention may make an image to be displayed clearer while performing a function of a puddle lamp, thereby improving the resolution.
Pattern skin lighting device of vehicle
A pattern skin lighting device of a vehicle may include a plurality of lightning cells disposed on a plane while forming a predetermined pattern. Each lightning cell includes a light emitting element, a cell pocket configured to surround the light emitting element, a cell cover configured to be pivotable with respect to the cell pocket while surrounding the light emitting element within the cell pocket, and an actuator engaged to an end of the cell cover and configured to selectively pivot the cell cover with respect to the cell pocket.
VISIBLE LIGHT MANIPULATING EMBLEM FOR A VEHICLE
An emblem for a vehicle comprises: (a) a light source configured to emit visible light; (b) a cover assembly disposed over the light source, the cover assembly having an inner surface, an outer surface, and a transparent portion that is transparent to the visible light, the visible light being incident to the inner surface, and the visible light that the light source emits transmitting through the transparent portion out of the outer surface to an external environment beyond the emblem; and (c) one or more surface relief patterns disposed on the cover assembly, the one or more surface relief patterns configured to manipulate (i) the visible light that the light source emits, (ii) visible light from the external environment, or (iii) both (i) and (ii).
Passive illuminated grille
A vehicle grille assembly is disclosed that is passively illuminated by accent lighting sources provided in a corresponding headlamp assembly. A primary light guide in communication with a light source and a secondary light guide is disposed within the vehicle grill. The secondary light guide receives light from the primary light guide to illuminate a portion of the vehicle grille.
ILLUMINATION APPARATUS FOR MOBILITY
An illumination apparatus of mobility that implements various illumination functions includes a low beam and a high beam and provides a sense of operation when respective illumination functions are switched such that the design is upgraded.
Vehicle display device, method of controlling vehicle display device, and computer-readable non-transitory storage medium
A vehicle display device mounted on a vehicle and configured to display an image to an outside of the vehicle includes: a self-luminous display unit configured to display an image to the outside of the vehicle by emitting light emitted from a light source to the outside of the vehicle; a reflective display unit configured to display an image to the outside of the vehicle by reflecting light from the outside of the vehicle; an information acquisition unit configured to acquire environment information indicating an environment outside the vehicle; and a controller configured to switch between image display by the self-luminous display unit and image display by the reflective display unit based on the acquired environment information.
Bicycle with Light System, Bicycle Cassette and Method
The present invention relates to a bicycle with light system. The bicycle includes a tube assembly including a frame with mutually fixed tube elements with a tube wall and movable tube elements, such as a steering pin and a handlebar, a light generation subsystem including at least one independently controllable light source for generation of light, a light control for controlling the light generation subsystem for providing at least one light effect, and a light guiding subsystem for guiding light over a part of the path between the at least one light source and the surroundings of the bicycle. The at least one light source is arranged in at least one of the at least one tube element. The bicycle includes the at least one opening in at least one tube element for passing the light through the tube wall. The light guiding subsystem provides a guiding from the inside of the respective at least one tube element to the outside of the at least one tube element of the frame.
CUSTOMIZABLE VEHICLE EXTERIOR LAMPS
This disclosure relates to vehicle exterior lighting systems that include lamp assemblies that may be customized for meeting customer styling preferences. Exemplary lamp assemblies may include a lamp housing, a removable insert mounted to an interior wall of the lamp housing, and an access panel mounted to the rear exterior surface. The access panel is removable from the rear exterior surface to expose an access opening for inserting or removing the removable insert. The removable insert may include one or more customized features for personalizing the lamp assemblies.
