The disclosure relates to a color-controllable LED luminescent lamp. By adopting a mini-LED chip with a small size to form an LED light source, the number of LED light sources that can be accommodated by a lamp shade is increased, so that the whole LED luminescent lamp can exhibit more types of colors and realize a free exhibiting and switching of multiple colors.

The broad view headlamp includes a plurality of light sources that illuminate an area in front of the headlamp, an area adjacent to each side of the headlamp, and an area below the headlamp. The headlamp includes a number of lighting modes, such that any one of the light sources can be operated individually or in combination with any one or more of the remaining light sources. The headlamp housing has multiple lighting compartments, each having one or more light sources disposed therein. Each compartment includes an optical lens. The various light sources, together with the optical lenses, allow the headlamp to illuminate a view area extending to, at least, the outer boundaries of the far peripheral vision of the human eye, i.e., 110 degrees to the right and left of center. Thus, the total combined view area illuminated by the headlamp is at least 220 degrees.

The disclosure concerns a light-emitting module (100) comprising one or more flexible, elongated light-emitting diode, LED, strips (110) and a mixing chamber (150). Each LED strip comprises a first side (112) on which a plurality of LEDs (111) is mounted, a second side (113) opposite to said first side, and two lengthwise edges (114). The mixing chamber (150) is arranged to mix light emitted by said LEDs and comprises a base (151). One of the lengthwise edges (144) of each LED strip is arranged to face the base (151) of the mixing chamber. At least a portion of each LED strip (110) is bent (or folded) to extend radially from a center portion of the mixing chamber towards one or more outer points (132), so that the one or more light-emitting diode strips (110) together form a number N of elongated arms (130). Each elongated arm comprises two segments of the LED strip, where the segments form opposite sides of the elongated arm.

A control circuit coordinates on/off of the light sources in a manner to simulate a jumping flame. In one embodiment, the three dimensional carrier and LEDs are encapsulated in an at least partially light transmissive cover. This light modular engine includes a control circuit and an interface to electrical power. The system can include the light engine in a light fixture such as an architectural fixture. The methodology can include a sequence of on/off and brightness variations for the array of light sources.

An LED illumination device corresponds to a compact fluorescent lamp and has improved thermal properties. The illumination device includes a transparent tube having an inner wall defining a cavity, a light engine having one or more light emitting diodes, and a driver to drive the light engine. The light engine is disposed at the inner wall of the transparent tube. The arrangement of the light engine and the one or more light emitting diodes at the inner wall of the tube provides improved lighting characteristics. Simultaneously, an improved cooling is provided by the interface surface for conducting heat between the inner wall and the light engine.
