Computing Device Programmed to Automatically Detect and Generate Digitized Information Relating to a Process Involving a User-Operated Device

A computing device programmed for automatically generating and storing, in computer storage, a digitalization of information relating to a process involving a user-operated device. The computing device detects and records process details as a user uses a user-operated device. Specifically, a user interacts with a kitchen appliance via a user interface of the appliance. An action sequence of manual interactions is captured, each manual interaction triggering a function for processing ingredients in the kitchen appliance. Operating parameters of the kitchen appliance, detected via at least one sensor device of the kitchen appliance during the action sequence at the kitchen appliance, are automatically correlated with the manual interactions. Using the operating parameter data and the sequence of manual user interactions, partial steps of a user-known recipe are automatically identified by the computing device based on comparing the recorded information with reference data sets within library data.

GRINDER AND COFFEE MACHINE HAVING SUCH A GRINDER

A grinder for grinding coffee beans having a first grinding tool and a second grinding tool forming a grinding nip, and the second grinding tool being rotatable relative to the first grinding tool. The grinder has at least one force generation device for applying a selectable force F to a first grinding tool or a second grinding tool, which force can be transmitted to the coffee beans. A coffee machine having such a grinder and a method for preparing coffee using said type of coffee machine and said type of grinder.

TEMPERATURE INDICATOR CONTAINER

A container that provides temperature range indication to a user, the container including a chamber for holding heated liquid and a cap having a visual indicator and a temperature sensor, wherein in use the visual indicator illuminates a plurality of visual colours representing to the user the discrete temperature range of the heated liquid. The container is suitable for infant formula preparation and feeding.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SLOW COOKER WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL FEATURES

Slow cookers are described that have multiple cooking modes that are based on user selected choices, including the cooking mode and the desired doneness or temperature of the food product to be cooked. Preferably, plural cooking modes are provided to be selected that include the use of a temperature probe to provided temperature feedback information. A control module can be mounted to the slow cooking and programmed to control the multiple cooking modes and the temperature probe can be operatively connected to the control module to provide sensed temperature data for use in the various cooking modes. Preferably, the cooking modes using the temperature probe include the heating of a cooking vessel within the slow cooker for heating the food product or a liquid within the cooking vessel to a desired temperature and to permit the user greater flexibility in cooking options and to vary option at time during the cooking processes. Moreover, the cooking modes preferably also provide functionality to control the cooking processes after a selected temperature is attained.

BARBECUE GRILL
20220279968 · 2022-09-08 ·

A barbecue grill has a body, a barbecue grid, a heating device, a heating adjustment unit, a thermal sensor, and a control device. The heating adjustment unit is connected with the heating device. The thermal sensor is mounted in the body and detects an actual temperature. The control device has a constant temperature control module electrically connected to the heating adjustment unit and the thermal sensor. The constant temperature control module controls the heating adjustment unit to adjust heat output of the heating device according to a difference value between a target temperature and the actual temperature. The heat output of the heating device is increased or decreased according to the difference value to keep the temperature constant at the position of the thermal sensor.

Apparatus and Method For A Mobile Water-Based Cooking System

A water-based cooking apparatus onboard a vehicle includes a cooking bay and a controller. The cooking bay can be sealed with a lid so that water does not escape the cooking bay when the vehicle is in motion. The controller receives, from a computing device onboard the vehicle, cooking instructions including commands operable to perform one or more of filling the cooking bay with water, setting a temperature for the cooking bay, and adjusting a salinity of water in the cooking bay. The computing device can display cooking instructions on a display and can send status reports to a remote command center.
