Plug connector

A plug connector provides an electrical connection to a conductor track connection of a printed circuit board. The plug connector has a first printed circuit board with a conductor track connection and a plugging region for plugging the printed circuit board into the plug connector. The plugging region extends parallel to the first printed circuit board. A contact element and/or a spring element is provided in the plug connector. The plugging region and the contact element and/or the spring element are arranged in such a way that, in a plugged state of the plug connector, the printed circuit board which is plugged into the plugging region is arranged parallel to the printed circuit board and the conductor track connection is arranged opposite the conductor track connection. An electrical connection of the conductor track connection to the conductor track connection is provided by the contact element and/or the spring element.

Contact

[Object] To provide a contact that can hold down effects caused by solder, even if an elastic contacting portion is extending from a location contacting a first member. [Solving means] The contact includes a base portion, an elastic contacting portion and a gap forming portion. The base portion is configured solderable on a component mounting surface of the first member. The elastic contacting portion is configured elastically deformable and relatively swingable with respect to the base portion, and when contacting a contacted surface of the second member, is configured to elastically deform to be in pressurized contact with the contacted surface. In the gap forming portion, a concave portion is provided between a first end portion and a second end portion, and is configured to have a gap between the concave portion and the component mounting surface when the base portion is soldered on the component mounting surface in a state in which the concave portion and the component mounting surface are oriented in directions facing each other.

Surface mount technology terminal header and method for providing an electrical connection to a printed circuit board

A surface mount technology (SMT) terminal header is described for providing an electrical connection to a first printed circuit board (PCB). The SMT terminal header includes multiple first electrically conductive connector elements each having a base configured for surface mount attachment to the first PCB, and an insulative housing having multiple cells and a fixation member configured to attach the housing to the first PCB. Each of the multiple cells is configured to at least partially house one of the multiple first electrically conductive connector elements. Each of the first electrically conductive connector elements includes a position assurance member configured to attach the first electrically conductive connector element to at least one of the multiple cells of the insulative housing.

PCB-pinout based packaged module and method for preparing PCB-pinout based packaged module

This application relates to the field of power supply packaging technologies, and in particular, to a PCB-pinout based packaged module, including a packaged module and a pin exposed outside the packaged module. The packaged module includes a PCB and a power component. The PCB has a first surface and a second surface that are disposed opposite to each other, and the power component is disposed on the first surface or the second surface of the PCB. The power component performs communication connection with a pin located on one side of the first surface or one side of the second surface of the PCB through surface-layer copper of the PCB. The pin located on one side of the first surface or one side of the second surface of the PCB is a surface-layer copper etching pattern that is located on the PCB and that is exposed outside the packaged module.

Connecting member for electronic device and electronic device including the same

A connecting member for electrically connecting a circuit board and a component in an electronic device is provided. The connecting member includes at least one bending part configured to comprise elasticity, a pad part connected to the bending part and configured to be attached to one surface of the circuit board, and a fixing part extending from the pad part and configured to fix the connecting member to the circuit board.

Board to board connector assembly, female connector and male connector

A board to board connector assembly is disclosed in this invention, which includes a female connector and a male connector. Each female terminal has an elastic engaging section and a first protrusion located on the top of the elastic engaging section. Each male terminal has an elastic arm and a second protrusion located on the top of the elastic arm. When the female connector is matched with the male connector, the second protrusion passes the first protrusion, and a bottom surface of the second protrusion and a bottom surface of the first protrusion are engaged with each other and together form a holding state. The board to board connector assembly can ensure the reliable connection of the two connectors by the engagement of the female and male terminals.

A fixture for helping to secure a circuit board to a receiving connector socket is attached to the connector socket. The fixture is then attached to the circuit board with a flowable adhesive. The flowable adhesive could be a hot-melt adhesive. Adhesive layers on the fixture can be used to attach the fixture to side and top surfaces of the connector socket.

Axial compliant compression electrical connector

An electrical connector is revealed that has unique useful characteristics. A sheet metal fork supplies the stored energy that imparts a force to a second member—a plunger that makes contact with the mating circuit. The plunger can be configured to increase or decrease the force or deflection and can be designed with various connection ends with different contact characteristics.
