The first bus-bar having a first set of connecting legs is formed in a first side of the first bus-bar. The first set of connecting legs is adapted to be connected with a first set of heating elements amongst the plurality of heating elements. The second bus-bar having a coupling element is formed in a first side of the second bus-bar to couple with a first side of the PCB. Further, a second set of connecting legs is formed adjacent to the coupling element and adapted to be coupled to the first side of the PCB. The second set of connecting legs is adapted to connect with a second set of heating elements amongst the plurality of heating elements.
HEATING DEVICE
A heating device (100) for a vehicle, includes a Printed Circuit Board (11), at least one heating element (20a,20b,20c), a bus bar (30,31) and a terminal pin (42). The Printed Circuit Board (11) is received inside a casing (12) along one bus bar (30,31). The bus bar (30,31) includes at least one bus bar terminal (30a,30b,30c,31a,31b,31c), wherein at least one bus bar terminal (30a 30b 30c 31a,31b,31c) connects a corresponding heating element (20a,20b,20c) to the Printed Circuit Board (11). The terminal pin (42) is integrally formed with at least one bus bar terminal (30a,30b,30c,31a,31b,31c) and is disposed outside the casing (12).
First connector, second connector and electrical connector assembly
First and second connectors and an electrical connector assembly are provided. The first connector comprises: an insulating base; a magnetic attraction metal piece which is fixed into the base; a magnet which sheathes the base and is attached to the metal piece; a first terminal which is fixed to the base; and a metal shell which covers the magnet. The second connector comprises: a magnetic attraction metal ring; a fixing base which is integrated with the metal ring; and a second terminal which is correspondingly received in the fixing base. The magnet and the metal ring are correspondingly magnetically attracted, so that the metal shell and the metal ring are attached to each other and the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected. The first connector and the second connector can be stably mated with each other and facilitate miniaturization of an electronic device.
High pressure dual electrical collet assembly for oil and gas applications
Downhole connection assemblies include a connector to receive a conductor and pin at opposite ends. The connector includes a first electrical collet, a separate second electrical collet and a sleeve. The first collet includes a first recess in a first end to receive the conductor and a second recess in a second end to receive the pin. The second collet is positioned around the pin and separated from the first collet. The sleeve is positioned around the pin, first collet and the second collet. Downhole cables include a center electrical conductor, a first insulator positioned around the center conductor, a second insulator positioned around the first insulator, and a pressure tube surrounding the second insulator. The cable further includes one or more slots extending axially along a length of the second insulator, or one or more slots extending axially along an inner diameter of the pressure tube.
Connector structure, and connector structure manufacturing method
A female connector structure is provided with a shielded cable configured such that an outer periphery of a coated wire including a core and an insulation coating is surrounded by a braided wire, a female terminal including a wire barrel to be connected to the core and a connecting tube portion and to be connected to a mating terminal, an insulating dielectric for surrounding an outer periphery of the connecting tube portion of the female terminal, a rear outer conductor including a shield connecting portion to be electrically connected to the braided wire and a dielectric crimping portion to be crimped to at least a part of the dielectric from outside, and a front outer conductor including a front tube portion for surrounding an outer periphery of the dielectric and a rear outer conductor locking portion for locking at least a part of the dielectric crimping portion from outside.
