Steering wheel

A steering wheel provided with a vibration device. The vibration device includes a vibration motor with an eccentric weight attached to a rotational axis protruding out of a motor body and a mounting bracket which mounts the motor on a mounting section located at a region continuous with a ring section on a steering wheel core. The mounting section includes a vibration receiving section and a mounting base. The mounting bracket includes a pressing section which presses the motor body against the vibration receiving section and a mounting tongue which is secured to the mounting base. The mounting bracket is mounted on the mounting base with the motor body disposed on the pressing section in such a manner as to press a region of the motor body facing the vibration receiving section against the vibration receiving section and transmit a vibration of the motor body to the vibration receiving section.

A protection plate is at least partly provided on a first side surface of a storage case, and includes a first load input area provided outside a first coil end portion in a radial direction and at a position overlapping with a stator core when viewed from the axial direction, and a second load input area provided at a position overlapping with at least one of a bearing and a rotor shaft when viewed from the axial direction. When a load is input to a rotary electric machine unit from the one end side in the axial direction, the load is transmitted to the storage case from the first load input area and the second load input area of the protection plate.

The housing opening is surrounded by a collar contour, which is interrupted locally at the circumference and within which the membrane lies.

An actuator arrangement for an electric parking brake or electric motor service brake, having a brake pad adjustment device which can be driven by the actuator arrangement. The invention has a modular construction, comprising: an electric motor, a gear unit, positioned in a housing, coupled to the electric motor and having a functional connection at its output end with the brake pad adjustment device, a means for fastening the actuator arrangement to the brake caliper or the brake pad adjustment device, and a plug receptacle for a plug connector used for the purpose of transmitting electrical signals to the electric motor. The housing has a motor tube molded joined thereto, housing the electric motor, and a motor cap to which is molded, as a single piece, the plug receptacle for a plug connector used for the purpose of transmitting electrical signals to the electric motor.

Actuator arrangement

An actuator arrangement for an electric parking brake or electric motor service brake, having a brake pad adjustment device which can be driven by the actuator arrangement. The invention has a modular construction, comprising: an electric motor, a gear unit, positioned in a housing, coupled to the electric motor and having a functional connection at its output end with the brake pad adjustment device, a means for fastening the actuator arrangement to the brake caliper or the brake pad adjustment device, and a plug receptacle for a plug connector used for the purpose of transmitting electrical signals to the electric motor. Motor

A motor including a rotor, a stator, an inverter, a housing, and a cover member. The housing is a single member that includes: a stator housing portion; an inverter housing portion housing the inverter; and a partition wall located between the stator housing portion and the inverter housing portion. The housing opening through which at least a part of the stator, an end on one side in an axial direction of the partition wall, and at least a part of the inverter housing portion are exposed is provided at an end on the one side in the axial direction of the housing. A three-phase coil wire extending from the stator passes through the end of the partition wall to the inverter, extends up to the inverter, and is connected to a connector terminal provided at an end on the one side in the axial direction of the inverter.

Motor

A motor including a rotor, a stator, an inverter, a housing, and a cover member. The housing is a single member that includes: a stator housing portion; an inverter housing portion housing the inverter; and a partition wall located between the stator housing portion and the inverter housing portion. The housing opening through which at least a part of the stator, an end on one side in an axial direction of the partition wall, and at least a part of the inverter housing portion are exposed is provided at an end on the one side in the axial direction of the housing. A three-phase coil wire extending from the stator passes through the end of the partition wall to the inverter, extends up to the inverter, and is connected to a connector terminal provided at an end on the one side in the axial direction of the inverter.
