Hay bale feeder
A hay bale feeder is described. Embodiments of the hay bale feeder include a frame, one or more bale support members, and a pair of spaced apart drum assemblies. The hay bale feeder can be implemented to shred a square hay bale. The hay bale feeder can typically be attached to a tractor or other vehicle. The pair of spaced apart drum assemblies can include a pair of drums having protrusions that are adapted to shred a square hay bale as the square hay bale is gravity fed to the pair of drum assemblies.
Method, apparatus and system for the electrification of a field chopper
A method for electrification of a field chopper comprising the steps of: providing a cable drum and a winding drive on the field chopper, the cable drum and winding drive allowing at least one of the winding and unwinding of an energy supply line about the cable drum; providing a cable arm on the field chopper, the cable arm configured to adjust in at least one of an orientation and extension length to provide guided winding or unwinding of the energy supply line along a field surface; providing a pivotable ejection chute on the field chopper, the ejection chute extending beyond the cable arm and configured to transfer a chopped harvested material onto a transport vehicle driving alongside the field chopper; unwinding the energy supply line while along a first processing strip from the cable drum using the winding drive and cable arm; and winding the energy supply while along a second processing strip about the cable drum using the winding drive and the cable.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING FILLING BASED ON LOAD WEIGHT
A receiving vehicle is automatically identified and the number of times it is filled is automatically counted. Control signals can be generated based on the number of times the receiving vehicle is filled.

Pulley assembly for an agricultural harvester
A pulley assembly is provided for mounting on a rotatable shaft of an agricultural harvester and is operable in a high-speed configuration or a low-speed configuration. The pulley assembly comprises a high-speed pulley with a high-speed running surface for receiving a drive belt when the pulley assembly is in the high-speed configuration and a low-speed pulley with a low-speed running surface for receiving a drive belt when the pulley assembly is in the low-speed configuration. The pulley assembly has three sets of teeth extending from surfaces of the two pulleys. In the low-speed configuration, the running surfaces of the low-speed pulley and high-speed pulley are axially aligned and the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth are engaged. In the high-speed configuration, the running surface of the high-speed pulley is exposed for receiving the drive belt.

Bale processor
In one embodiment, a bale processor includes a hopper for receiving a bale of baled material, a discharge opening for outputting chopped material, and a processing section below the hopper and intersecting the hopper at an impingement zone. The processing section has primary and secondary rotors. The primary rotor is rotatable and has flails sufficiently long to extend into the impingement zone to chop the material from the bale received in the hopper when the primary rotor is rotated. The secondary rotor is rotatable and has flails to chop the material after being chopped by the primary rotor. The secondary rotor is offset from the primary rotor such that the secondary rotor is on one side of the primary rotor, the discharge opening is on another side of the primary rotor, and the only passage from the secondary rotor to the discharge opening crosses the primary rotor.
MATERIAL HANDLING APPARATUS
The invention relates to material handling apparatus comprising a collecting unit having a first auger, and a discharging unit having a second auger, the collecting unit being adapted for receiving a portion of the second auger, wherein the collecting unit comprises an opening providing access to the second auger permitting material collected by the collecting unit at the first location to be delivered into the discharging unit for conveying the material via the second auger to the second location. In a particular arrangement, the collecting unit comprises a feeding chamber located adjacent the opening and spaced apart from the opening defining spacing between the opening and the feeding chamber.
Conveying arrangement with knives which can be pivoted vertically and shifted laterally
A conveying arrangement conveys loose material in a conveying direction, in particular agricultural material. Several knives of a cutting assembly are mounted below a cutting area guiding surface. The material is first conveyed along the cutting area guiding surface and afterwards along a further guiding surface. Both guiding surfaces are mechanically supported by a connecting assembly. A positioning mechanism can pivot the connecting assembly upwards and downwards. This pivotal movement causes both guiding surfaces to be moved upwards and downwards. The cutting area guiding surface together with the cutting assembly can be shifted laterally, i.e. perpendicular to the conveying direction, and is guided during this lateral movement.
Retrofittable Conversion Tine System for Bucket Loaders
A conversion kit for converting a front-loader bucket for use as a forklift, a bale transporter or similar object mover. Parallel tine assemblies pivoted to a bucket top include tines that normally project forwardly, and cooperating vertical arms linked to the tines. The arms are fastened at their bottoms within protective elbow brackets to which the tines are pinned. The arms support hollow pivot sleeves penetrated by axle members that enable tine assembly rotation. A plurality of box-like receivers forming sockets enable the quick connection and/or disconnection of parts. Lower receiver sockets removably support pivot sleeves secured to quick-connect plugs that are penetrated by axle segments. A pair of rigid, tine stowage brackets may be secured at the rear. After the projecting tines are unpinned from front mounted elbow brackets, the tine assembly may rotate over the bucket to an out-of-the way position.
