APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING PLANT MATERIAL
A method and apparatus are provided for processing plant material to remove leaves from a plant stalk. The apparatus comprises a conveyor for transporting a plant with leaves hanging down from the stalk; and a defoliator mechanism having two opposing surfaces, the opposing surfaces being movable between (i) a disengaged position for receiving leaves hanging down from the conveyor, and (ii) an engaged position in which the opposing surfaces are configured to grip leaves received by the defoliator mechanism; wherein the opposed surfaces act in the engaged position to apply a force on the gripped leaves to separate them from the stalk.
METHOD OF PROCESSING GREEN TOBACCO LEAVES INTO CUT TOBACCO
In general, this invention belongs to the tobacco production and processing sector and more specifically it refers to the method of producing cut rag tobacco for cigarettes and other products from green tobacco leaves by the innovative integration of the GLT and Primary processes, with lower investment and operational production costs, while generating cut rag tobacco with high filling power while maintaining a flavor approximately equal to that of the original tobacco.
STEM SCREENING AND CONDITIONING DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A stem screening and conditioning device includes a roller, a thermal insulation cover, a spiral feeding device, a compressed-air cleaning device, a steam tube, a discharge hole, and a waste hole. A stem screening and conditioning method for the stem screening and conditioning device is also provided. The present disclosure realizes the complete separation of normal-size and undersized stems under the premise of full moisture absorption, thereby improving the refinement and homogenization level of stem conditioning.
Smokeless Cannabis-Hemp
The present invention provides a commercial process for preparing the ‘Smokeless Cannabis-Hemp’ into a soothing, impactful, and smooth smoking experience; that also acts as an effective replacement for Tobacco Smoking. The process produces both a processed and heat cooked ‘smokeless product’ blend that can be mixed with various fillers, herbs, and flavors; and inserted into a smoking vessel of any type, or processed into a cigarette or cigar, for smoking purposes.
The commercial process entails the combining of various raw cannabinoids, decarboxylated cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids that are found in the Cannabis-Hemp Plant; with other herbs, fillers, and flavors for the purposes of creating a smooth and impactful smoking experience that does not disturb or harm others in the surrounding environment.
To accomplish this process, the Cannabis-Hemp Plant must be correctly processed, and a quantity of the Cannabis-Hemp Plant must be correctly processed and heat-cooked, with added flavorings. The heat-cooked Cannabis-Hemp plant may then be blended with other herbs, flavorings, and chemicals for maximum efficacy.

Method and plant for treating tobacco leaves
A method of treating tobacco leaves for separating the lamina from rib, includes: collecting the leaves in mannochi, and subjecting them to a shredder, where portions of the lamina of each leaf are torn from the remaining part of the leaf, separating portions of lamina from the remaining part of the leaf, by air, in at least one classification chamber, directly transferring portions of torn lamina to subsequent drying and packaging processes, passing the remaining parts of the leaf through a multi-stage beating line, in each of which progressive separation of portions of the lamina from the remaining part of the leaf is caused or to obtain at the exit of said beating line, an almost total separation of the lamina from the rib, transferring the separated portions of lamina to subsequent drying and packaging processes, transferring the pieces of rib exiting the beating line to the packaging.
