Peptide conjugates
Methods and compositions related to the selective, specific disruption of multiple ligand-receptor signaling interactions, such as ligand-receptor interactions implicated in disease, are disclosed. These interactions may involve multiple cytokines in a single receptor family or multiple ligand receptor interactions from at least two distinct ligand-receptor families. The compositions may comprise polypeptides having composite sequences that comprise sequence fragments of two or more ligand binding sites. The methods and compositions may involve sequence fragments of two or more ligand binding sites that are arranged to conserve the secondary structure of each of the ligands from which the sequence fragments were taken.

Topical roflumilast formulation having antifungal properties
The present invention is directed to a method of treating a fungal infection comprising administering topically, to a subject in need thereof, an anti-fungal effective amount of roflumilast. Preferably, topically administered roflumilast is used to treat fungal infections, fungal growth of and/or hypersensitivity to the fungi Malassezia spp. Patients may also be suffering from seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, dupilumab facial redness, Tinea versicolor, Pityriasis versicolor, Tinea circinata, Tinea pedis, Tinea unguium, Tinea manus, Tinea cruris, Tinea corporis, Tinea faciei, Tinea capitis, and/or Tinea incognito. Topically administered roflumilast is a quick and effective antifungal agent and presents a viable alternative to current antifungal treatments.
Topical compositions, process of large-scale manufacture, and method of use
Compositions for the treatment of some orphan diseases and oral mucosal ulcers, many with similarities in terms of their anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activities, but also multiple differences in their observed abilities that can be combined to challenge the current, underlying pathophysiology. The orphan diseases of interest are Dupuytren's Contracture, Peyronie's Disease, Scleroderma, Raynaud's (or Renaud's) Phenomenon, chemotherapy/radiation induced oral mucosal ulceration, and aphthous ulcers; and more frequent skin issues of skin damage from cuts, abrasions, and burns; aging skin changes, and toe nail fungus. These can be treated with the disclosed compositions with the proper combination and alteration of ingredients inclusive of alpha-pinene, an aloe vera preparation, and a shea butter preparation. A process for preparation of such ingredients in a water-in-oil emulsion is described herein.
Treatment Application Garment
A treatment application garment, such as a glove or a sock, is disclosed. The garment allows for various treatments directed toward the fingers and toes, such as the fingernails and toenails. For example, each digit of the garment may contain an absorbent pad containing acetone. The hand or foot is inserted into the garment such that the nail is positioned below the absorbent pad containing the acetone, allowing the acetone to be constantly applied to the nail to remove polish therefrom. After the treatment is complete, the glove may be removed and the open end thereof tied off, thereby containing the acetone and the smell thereof within the glove. Other features and treatments are also disclosed.
Methods for strengthening and repairing nails using curable compositions
The present disclosure relates to a curable nail strengthening composition comprising a polymerizable material, at least one penetrating agent, and at least one curing agent. The strengthening composition penetrates the nail and is cured within the nail plate without cross-linking the nail proteins. Methods for strengthening and repairing nails are also disclosed.
Dermal skin protectant and carrier
A dermal skin protectant and carrier comprising a combination of two different viscosity dimethicone components, wherein the difference between the two different viscosity dimethicone components is about 2.0 million cP or greater; and comprising at least one active ingredient.

Cosmetic compositions and methods of use
Keratin protein cosmetic compositions are provided that include at least one keratin protein derived from human hair and a base cosmetic solution. Methods of treatment are also provided.
Nail Glue Composition
A nail glue composition includes at least one cyanoacrylate of the formula CH.sub.2═C(CN)COOR, an anionic stabiliser, and an antioxidant stabiliser comprising at least one stabiliser compound selected from the group consisting of α-tocopherol, β-tocopherol, γ-tocopherol, δ-tocopherol, α-tocotrienol, β-tocotrienol, γ-tocotrienol, δ-tocotrienol, and derivatives thereof. R is ethyl, methoxyethyl, ethoxyethyl, n-butyl or octyl or mixtures thereof. The at least one stabiliser compound is in an amount of at least 0.02 wt % of the nail glue composition.
