The present invention relates to: a shape correction device for a frame body; and a method for manufacturing an electrolyte film/electrode structure that is provided with a resin frame for a fuel cell. A shape correction device, which corrects the shape of a frame body that is provided with a rectangular opening, is equipped with a pressing mechanism that applies, to each side of the frame body, a pressing force directed from the inner side to the outer side of the opening. The pressing mechanism may have a first bar and a second bar, which apply the pressing force by being in contact with inner wall surfaces of each side of the frame body.

A base platform coupled to the one or more caster wheels. A leg assembly extends between the base platform and a top platform. The top platform comprising a plurality of separator bars spaced apart and co-extending with one another such that a plurality of rows is defined between the plurality of separator bars. Each row of the plurality of rows being sized to receive the one or more components of the conduit bender. A plurality of rollers extending between neighboring separator bars in each row of the plurality of rows. The plurality of rollers rotatably coupled to the neighboring separator bars.

A motor vehicle power cable comprising a flat conductor having an at least rectangular profile, wherein the flat conductor extends along a longitudinal axis, a vertical axis extending along a surface normal of a wide surface of the flat conductor, and a transverse axis extending along a surface normal of a narrow surface of the flat conductor and the flat conductor is bent about the vertical axis and having an inner bend radius and an outer bend radius, characterized in that the flat conductor has at least one forming about the longitudinal axis in the region of the inner bending radius at its inner side edge arranged at the inner bending radius.
Aluminum alloy component
To suppress occurrence of stress corrosion cracking in a weld due to tensile residual stress generated in a web or a middle rib in case of bend forming of an aluminum alloy extrusion having the weld on the web or/and the middle rib. In bend forming of the aluminum alloy extrusion, a peak position of tensile residual stress generated in the middle rib exists in a region other than the vicinity of the weld. Since the peak position is away from the weld by a distance, tensile residual stress in the weld is reduced, making it possible to suppress occurrence of stress corrosion cracking.

To suppress occurrence of stress corrosion cracking in a weld due to tensile residual stress generated in a web or a middle rib in case of bend forming of an aluminum alloy extrusion having the weld on the web or/and the middle rib. In bend forming of the aluminum alloy extrusion, a peak position of tensile residual stress generated in the middle rib exists in a region other than the vicinity of the weld. Since the peak position is away from the weld by a distance, tensile residual stress in the weld is reduced, making it possible to suppress occurrence of stress corrosion cracking.

In one embodiment, a jig apparatus for bending a malleable tool includes a block having an upper surface and containing, a conical recess extending into the block through the upper surface of the block, defined by an elliptical directrix on the upper surface, an apex within the block, and generatrixes disposed about a central axis of the conical recess extending from the apex to the directrix, and an elongated cylindrical hole, which is sized to fit the malleable tool therein and has a longitudinal axis extending from the conical recess into the block at an oblique angle relative to the central axis of the conical recess, and angular markings disposed on the upper surface and around a circumference of the elliptical directrix.

Roll bending apparatus
A roll bending apparatus includes: a roll pair formed by a pair of rolls disposed facing each other, the roll pair being configured to sandwich an elongated material between the rolls to perform forming on the elongated material; a slide mechanism configured to slide the roll pair in a first normal direction that is a direction normal to a conveying direction of the elongated material on a plane including the conveying direction; and a tilt mechanism configured to rotate the roll pair about a tilt axis that extends in a second normal direction that is a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction and the first normal direction. The slide mechanism further slides the roll pair to change a position of the roll pair relative to the tilt axis.

The invention relates to a wiper arm (10) for a wiper system of a vehicle, having a wiper arm element (12) which is configured for connecting, in an articulated manner, an attachment piece (20) coupled to a wiper shaft, wherein the wiper arm element (12) is coupled to an adapter element (18) for connecting to a wiper blade. Furthermore, it is provided that the wiper arm element (12) consists of two separate components (14, 16), namely a first component (14), which is connected to the adapter element (18), and a second component (16), which attaches to the first component (14) on the side facing away from the adapter element (18), and that the first component (14) is formed from a profile strip (37) having a U-shaped cross section, wherein the two components (14, 16) overlap in a longitudinal direction in a first connection area (24).
