The rotary blade is configured to be coupled to the blade end of the handle to rotate about an axis. The blade retention system is configured to selectively couple the rotary blade to the handle.
CAM MECHANISM FOR SPLIT BLADE HOUSING OF POWER OPERATED ROTARY KNIFE
A cam mechanism bridging a split through a mounting section of a split blade housing of a power operated rotary knife for moving the split blade housing between the first, blade supporting position and the second blade changing position. The cam mechanism includes a cam plate including an opening and a cam member supported for rotation by the cam plate. The cam member includes first and second surfaces spaced apart by a side wall, the cam member first surface including first and second cam pins extending from the first surface. The cam member second surface includes a boss extending from the second surface. The boss of the cam member being received in the cam plate opening. The side wall of the cam member is symmetric with respect to a diagonal plane intersecting the first and second cam pins and extending substantially parallel to the cam member axis of rotation.
Quilt binding cutting guide
A quilt binding cutting guide and a method for using it to cut and form low-bulk, angled seams for quilt bindings. The quilt binding generally has a first end and a second end. The cutting guide may comprise a quilt edge line, a right binding cutline, and a left binding cutline, the right binding cutline and the left binding cutline being spaced apart from, and parallel to, each other, and angled with respect to the quilt edge line. To use the guide, a user may position the cutting guide on top of a quilt so that the quilt edge line is directly above a raw edge of the quilt. The user may then use the guide lines on the cutting guide to position and cut the ends of a quilt binding accurately, without measuring or marking.
BLADE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY AND CUTTING DEVICE
The invention relates to a blade receiver assembly, comprising a switch comprising a switch cover and a switch base fixedly connected to each other, wherein the switch base has an opening; an axle with a structural section and a body receiver section, wherein the axle is arranged to move through the opening of the switch base in relation to the switch. The invention also relates to a cutting device comprising a blade receiver assembly.
Power operated rotary knife
A power operated rotary knife including an annular rotary knife blade supported for rotation in a blade housing. The rotary knife blade including a body and a blade section extending from the body. The body includes an outer wall including an arcuate surface having an upper region extending from a first upper end portion to a second intermediate portion and a lower region extending from the second intermediate portion to a third lower end portion. A plurality of gear teeth extend downwardly from the upper end of the body, each of the plurality of gear teeth including an outer peripheral face forming a portion of the upper region of the arcuate surface of the outer wall. The body outer wall includes a bearing surface having a lower bearing face in the lower region of the arcuate surface and an upper bearing face in the upper region of the arcuate surface.
Edge guide
A hand-held rotary cutter assembly for cutting material includes a blade receptacle having a first surface having an indentation formed therein. An edge guide is received in the indentation. The edge guide includes a continuous linear edge. A blade engages the edge guide. The edge guide and the blade are configured to move simultaneously and linearly from a first position to a second position. A segmented portion of the blade extends outwardly from the continuous linear edge of the edge guide.
Power operated rotary knife with notched rotary knife blade and trim guide
A power operated rotary knife assembly including a power operated rotary knife having an annular rotary knife blade, a trim guide, and a drive mechanism for driving the rotary knife blade about an axis of rotation. The assembly also includes a portable power unit, a vacuum assembly and a flexible shaft drive transmission coupled between the power operated rotary knife and the portable power unit. The portable power unit includes a drive motor assembly providing a rotational power source which is operatively coupled to the drive mechanism through the flexible drive transmission to rotate the rotary knife blade. The portable power unit also includes a blower assembly providing vacuum pressure at an inlet duct side, the vacuum assembly being in fluid communication with the inlet duct side to generate a vacuum pressure condition in a region of a cutting opening defined by the rotary knife blade and the trim guide.
Tube Cutter with Automatically Feeding Function
A tube cutter includes a main body, a holder, a guide bolt and two rollers. The main body has a wall provided with a screw hole. The holder is slidably mounted on the main body and is provided with a through hole. A cutting wheel is rotatably mounted on the holder and corresponding between the two rollers. The guide bolt is screwed through the screw hole of the main body and extends through the through hole of the holder. The guide bolt has a first end provided with a rotation portion and a second end provided with a resting portion. An elastic member is mounted on the guide bolt and is biased between the resting portion and the holder. The two rollers are rotatably mounted on the main body.
