DEVICE AND METHOD FOR COATING A WORKPIECE
Apparatus (1) for coating a workpiece (2) which preferably consists at least in sections of wood, wood-based material, synthetic material or the like, comprising a pressing device (10) for pressing a coating material (4) onto a surface (2′) of the workpiece (2) to be coated, a conveying device (20) for inducing a relative movement between the workpiece (2) and the pressing device (10), an activation device (30) for activating a joining agent (4′) used for joining the coating material (4) to the surface (2′) of the workpiece (2) to be coated, and a sensor (40) for detecting an operating variable of the joining agent (4), characterized in that the apparatus comprises a shielding device (50) for shielding a sensor section (42) of the sensor (40).
MEMBRANE DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING CRASH PAD FOR VEHICLE INCLUDING REAL WOOD SHEET
A membrane device includes a vacuum device main body having a plurality of vacuum holes such that a real wood sheet to be temporarily attached to a core is mounted in the vacuum device main body, a cover having a silicone film to define a vacuum space together with the vacuum device main body, a vacuum module to suck air in the vacuum device main body through the vacuum holes, and a control unit to compress the real wood sheet and the core for a preset time by sucking air in the vacuum space through the vacuum holes. The control unit removes the vacuum from the vacuum space by controlling the vacuum module so that the compressed real wood sheet is detached, and the vacuum device main body includes sliders to perform wrapping the real wood sheet around the inside of the core while moving upward.
Method for processing panel-shaped workpieces
A method for processing panel-shaped workpieces having the steps of providing a large-format panel, and feeding the large-format panel to a detachment station; detaching panel-shaped workpieces by dividing the large-format panel in the detachment station by making cuts in the large-format panel using a detachment unit; and feeding the workpieces thus detached to a downstream processing station in order to complete the panel-shaped workpiece. In step b) at least a part of each detached workpiece acquires from the detachment unit an alignment section for engaging gripping elements and/or introducing reference bores. After the workpiece provided with the alignment section has been detached it is taken over by a gripping element, engaging element or grasping element which engages the alignment section. After the workpiece is taken over, the gripping element, engaging element or grasping element engaging in a form-fitting manner on the alignment section of the workpiece runs through a cycle.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR COATING A SURFACE OF A WORKPIECE
An apparatus is provided that includes a pre-treatment device for pre-treating a surface to be coated, a device for inducing a relative movement between the pre-treatment device and the workpiece, and at least one printing device. The printing device can include at least one digital print head. The pre-treatment device is configured to apply a pre-treatment material to the surface of the workpiece to be printed.
Joining method and machining head and manufacturing machine for carrying out the method
A joining method for connecting at least two thermoplastic workpieces is provided to permit the joining even of non-transparent carbon fiber reinforced plastics parts by means of laser welding, in which a splice is produced at the edge regions of the workpieces and the workpieces are subsequently positioned relative to one another in such a manner that the opposite splice regions bound a seam region. Connecting bodies are then inserted into the seam region and heated by means of local heat input by laser beam such that a fixed integrally bonded connection forms between the workpieces and the connecting bodies.
FEED SYSTEM FOR BAND-TYPE MATERIAL, AND COATING DEVICE AND METHOD
The invention relates to a feed system for a band-type or strip-type material, in particular a coating material for coating a narrow side, or an adhesive strip, and also relates to a coating device. A method is also provided.
Method for edging composite panels, strip for implementing the method and panel obtained by this method
The aim of the invention is to propose an edging method that is quick, effective, easy to implement and makes it possible to obtain a lightweight panel. To this end, the aim of the invention is a method for sealingly edging a composite panel comprising; *a step (a) of providing a composite panel of redefined thickness having two planar faces and a side to be edged, and of providing a sealing strip made from a polymer material having a width greater than the thickness of the composite panel, and comprising a first face, referred to as the “inner” face, and a second face, referred to as the “outer” face, in reference to the position of use of same: *a step (b) of applying the strip and an adhesive to the side and to a peripheral portion of the planar faces of the composite panel in such a way that the adhesive is located between the composite panel and the inner face of the strip, which sealingly protects the composite panel against dust, foreign bodies and the absorption of moisture.
