Injection molding device, injection molding method, and injection molding resin material
An injection molding device includes an injection machine, a molding die, and a high frequency oscillation device. The injection machine injects a resin material containing a dielectric heat generating material while keeping fluidity by temperature control. The molding die includes a cavity being a channel of flow of the resin material, and a pair of electrodes, each of which faces the cavity, the pair of electrodes being disposed to sandwich the resin material therebetween in a direction crossing a direction of the flow. The high frequency oscillation device applies a high frequency alternate-current voltage to the pair of electrodes.
Resin composition
A resin composition is provided which includes a resin component, a fibrous filler, and a plate-like filler. With respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin component, the content of the fibrous filler is from 30 parts by mass or more to 100 parts by mass or less, the content of the plate-like filler is from 20 parts by mass or more to 80 parts by mass or less, and the total content of the fibrous filler and the plate-like filler is from 50 parts by mass or more to 180 parts by mass or less. The resin component includes an amorphous resin, and the content of the amorphous resin is from 60 parts by mass or more to 100 parts by mass or less.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING A FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
A method of providing a fibre-reinforced composite material, the method comprising: dispersing particles of a first polymeric composition comprising a first thermoplastic in a liquid comprising water, thereby forming a dispersion; coating, at least in part, a first set of reinforcement fibres with the dispersion; redistributing the particles of the first polymeric composition comprised in the coating; and melting at least some of the redistributed particles of the first polymeric composition comprised in the coating, thereby providing the composite material.

Method for producing polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet, polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet, and plate interleaf sheet using the same for glass sheets
Provided is a method for producing a polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet by extruding and foaming a foamable molten resin composition formed by kneading a mixture containing a low-density polyethylene, a physical blowing agent, and an antistatic agent, wherein the foam sheet has a thickness in a range of from 0.05 to 0.5 mm, and the antistatic agent is a polymeric antistatic agent having a melting point whose different from the melting point of the low-density polyethylene is in a range of from 10 to +10 C., and having a melt flow rate of 10 g/10 min or more. This method enables a novel polyethylene-based resin extruded foam sheet to be obtained that is of high quality such that formation of a small hole or a through-hole has been reduced or eliminated, and has both excellent strength and a shock-absorbing property despite a very small thickness even in medium- or long-term continuous production, and besides, exhibits a sufficient antistatic property, thus suitable as a glass plate interleaf sheet.
