A shippable bundled product including a plurality of paper product rolls each individually packaged by a first package material and arranged relative to one another so as to form a bundle. The bundle is packaged by a second package material. The second package material has a shrinkage factor relative to the bundle of less than zero.

A closure (8) with tamper-evident band (40) includes a fixed band (42, 142) and a movable body (50). The fixed band (42, 142), with tamper-evident band inviolate, is joined to the movable body (50) by a weakened portion (52, 152) The tamper-evident band (40) also includes a tamper-evident ring (70, 170) housed, with the tamper-evident band inviolate, in an inner compartment of the closure (8) to be hidden from view. The weakened portion (52, 152) tears due to the unscrewing of the closure (8) and the tamper-evident ring (70,170) pops out of the inner compartment and is arranged, with the seal violated, so as to separate a fixed edge (49, 149) of the fixed band (42, 142) from a movable edge (51, 151) of the movable body (50).

An elongated bag for use as a ready-to-use grow bag. The bag is manufactured as an elongated plastic body with a sealed bottom and a sealable top. The bag includes one or more gussets defined by folds in the bag and a score line for a tear strip in an area sufficiently below the top and above the fill material to allow the bag to lie flat for transportation and deploy into a cylinder for planting. The bag includes drain holes near the bottom of the bag and microperforations along the bag for respiration.

Provided is a sauce dispenser module used in an automatic hamburger production system. The sauce dispenser module includes a sauce storage unit for storing a sauce to be dispensed, a sauce transfer unit configured to transfer the sauce of the sauce storage unit, a nozzle unit configured to dispense the sauce transferred by the sauce transfer unit in various forms, a sensor configured to monitor a state of the sauce dispensed by the nozzle unit, and a control unit configured to control the sauce transfer unit according to monitoring with a signal of the sensor.

Provided is a sauce dispenser module used in an automatic hamburger production system. The sauce dispenser module includes a sauce storage unit for storing a sauce to be dispensed, a sauce transfer unit configured to transfer the sauce of the sauce storage unit, a nozzle unit configured to dispense the sauce transferred by the sauce transfer unit in various forms, a sensor configured to monitor a state of the sauce dispensed by the nozzle unit, and a control unit configured to control the sauce transfer unit according to monitoring with a signal of the sensor.

An filled part is formed by enclosing a filler between the film layers at the non-attached part. A side part of the filled part is a side bulging part bulging toward the skirt part. The present invention provides coated films and packages formed from such films. In one aspect, a partially coated film comprises (a) a film having two outer surfaces, wherein a first outer surface is provided by a film layer that comprises from 70 to 100 percent by weight of a polyolefin having a density of 0.860 to 0.965 g/cm.sup.3; and (b) a coating on the first outer surface of the film comprising polyurethane, wherein the coating covers less than 25% of the surface area of the first outer surface of the film and wherein the coated portion of the film exhibits an Elmendorf tear in at least one of the machine direction or cross direction that is at least 20% less than the Elmendorf tear of the uncoated portion in the same direction, with the Elmendorf tear being measured in accordance with ASTM D1922.

A recyclable flexible pouch whose constituent parts can be easily deconstructed and placed into appropriate recycling streams. Recyclable flexible pouches having a product disposed therein are also disclosed, along with kits containing same. In addition, methods of producing the recyclable flexible pouches and packaged products are also disclosed.
