O-CHLOROBENZYLIDENE MALONONITRILE (CS) BASED SELF-COMBUSTIBLE PYROTECHNIC COMPOSITIONS WHICH HAVE LOW IGNITION TEMPERATURES
O-Chlorobenzylidene malononitrile (CS) based self-combustible pyrotechnic compositions containing polycarbonate (PC) as a binder and 9,10-anthraquinone as a smoke component capable of producing tear gas smoke upon ignition. The pyrotechnic composition comprises an oxidizer and fuel. The formulation further comprises a stabilize
TREATMENT OF SUBTERRANEAN FORMATIONS
A method of treating a subterranean formation by contacting the formation with the following: (a) an ammonium compound; (b) an oxidizing agent selected from a perchlorate or a nitrite or combinations thereof; and (c) one or more acids, at least one of which is a bisulfate salt.

WATERLESS ELECTRICALLY OPERATED PROPELLANT
An electrically operated propellant includes a perchlorate oxidizer and a water insoluble polymeric binder with a water solubility of less than 0.1 grams (g) per 100 grams water at 25° Celsius (° C.). The electrically operated propellant is substantially waterless with a water content of less than 10 weight % (wt. %) water based on total weight of the electrically operated propellant.
