Method for feeding a sliver end, and spinning machine
A spinning machine and method are provided for feeding a sliver end of a sliver deposited in a can to a spinning position of the spinning machine, wherein the spinning machine includes a plurality of adjacently arranged spinning positions and a plurality of cans arranged in at least a first row under the spinning positions. With a sliver gripper of a robot, the method includes seeking the sliver end from one of the cans in an area that includes at least one adjacent spinning position to a spinning position to be supplied. The sliver end is grasped with the sliver gripper and fed to the spinning position to be supplied.
Spinning machine
A spinning machine includes a plurality of adjacently arranged spinning stations, wherein carrier devices for a fiber bundle are assigned to the spinning stations. Each spinning station operating with a fiber bundle feed device and a fiber bundle piecing device. The fiber bundle piecing device includes a sliver pickup configured to grasp and pick up a leading end of the fiber bundle from the carrier device and a supply device configured to move the leading end of the fiber bundle to the feed device. The piecing device with the sliver pickup and the supply device is at a fixed stationary position relative to the spinning stations and is assigned to a single spinning station or a group of spinning stations.
METHOD FOR SEPARATING A SLIVER DELIVERED OUT OF A SLIVER CAN AT A SPINNING STATION OF A SPINNING MACHINE, AND SPINNING MACHINE
A spinning machine and method separate a sliver delivered out of a sliver can at a spinning station of the spinning machine. The sliver is delivered out of the sliver can with a supply device at the spinning station in a delivery direction to a spinning device, and is guided by a sliver guide between the sliver can and the supply device. The sliver is clamped in the supply device at the spinning station. In order to separate the sliver, the supply device is driven counter to the delivery direction, wherein the sliver is returned by the supply device and, as a result, the clamping of the sliver in the supply device is released.
Method for Operating a Textile Machine and a Textile Machine
The invention relates to a method for operating a textile machine (1) with a multiple number of similar work stations (2), whereas, with the assistance of work stations (2) during the normal operation of the same, yarn is produced or is rewound by a delivery coil onto a receiver coil, and whereas normal operation is initiated at the individual work stations (2) after a stop of the textile machine (1), or is interrupted at certain time intervals by a service operation in the form of a spinning-in process, a sleeve changing process or a yarn joining process. In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that
at least one of the specified service operations is divided into several partial sequences, and that a pending partial sequence is carried out independently of the other partial sequences of the corresponding service operation, if the required energy resources for carrying out the pending partial sequence are available. In addition, the invention relates to a textile machine.
Intelligent Yarn Loading System and Control Method
An intelligent yarn loading system and a control method are provided. The intelligent yarn loading system comprises a twisting machine, a self-walking trolley and a dispatching control system; the twisting machine is provided with a twisting machine wireless communication module for sending a working state of the twisting machine to the dispatching control system; the self-walking trolley is provided with a trolley wireless controller and a self-walking device for receiving an instruction of the dispatching control system and walking to a station of the twisting machine to take off an empty bobbin, and put a basic yarn on a creel of the twisting machine or take off a finished product package for stacking.
AUTOMATIC YARN FEEDING SYSTEM FOR TWISTING MACHINE
An automatic yarn feeding system is provided. The system comprises a yarn feeding track which is arranged on the twisting machine in a length direction of the twisting machine and provided with a yarn feeding manipulator walking along the yarn feeding track; and a supply zone which is arranged on one side of the yarn feeding track and used to buffer base yarns. The yarn feeding manipulator is used to convey the base yarns from the supply zone to a yarn feeding creel of each spindle position. The yarn feeding track is located in the middle of the top of the twisting machine. The supply zone is provided with a structure for buffering a plurality of base yarns, and is located on one side of an end of the yarn feeding track on the top of a control cabinet.
Doffer device having a double gripper for a spinning machine
A doffer device for a spinning machine includes a plurality of gripping devices, each gripping device having a rotatable gripping unit. Each gripping unit includes a bobbin gripper that grips a full bobbin and a tube gripper that grips an empty tube. Each gripping unit is rotatable between a gripping position in which the full bobbin can be gripped on the spindle and a placement position in which the empty tube can be placed on the spindle. A rotating device is configured with the gripping units to rotate the gripping units about an axis of rotation such that neighboring ones of the gripping units are rotated with a time lag relative to one another. The rotating device is driven by a toothed belt.
METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT AN AUTOMATIC CAN CHANGING PROCESS AT A SPINNING STATION OF A SPINNING MACHINE, AND SPINNING MACHINE AND MOVABLE CAN CHANGER
A method for carrying out an automatic can changing process at a spinning station of a spinning machine uses a movable can change. At the spinning station, a supply device delivers a sliver in a delivery direction from a sliver can positioned underneath the spinning station. The sliver is clamped with a clamp on the can changer and, once clamped, the silver is separated. after separation of the sliver, the supply device is driven counter to the delivery direction such that a sliver residue remaining at the spinning station is returned by the supply device and ejected from the spinning station.
METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT AN AUTOMATIC CAN CHANGING PROCESS AT A SPINNING STATION OF A SPINNING MACHINE, AND SPINNING MACHINE AND MOVABLE CAN CHANGER
A method carries out an automatic can change process at a spinning station of a spinning machine where a sliver is delivered to a spinning device from a sliver can positioned underneath the spinning station using a movable can changer that includes a can gripper. A length of a sliver residue is predefined and stored. Once the predefined length of the sliver residue length has been reached, the sliver is separated while production of a yarn from the sliver is underway at the spinning station. The sliver is clamped at the sliver can with a fixed clamp on the can changer, wherein separation of the sliver is performed by, with the can changer, removing the sliver can with the clamped sliver from the spinning station, or additionally clamping the sliver with a movable clamp on the can changer and moving the movable clamp relative to the fixed clamp.
