AUTOMATIC MATTRESS STERILIZATION DEVICE
Provided is an automatic mattress sterilization apparatus configured to sterilize a mattress, including a frame extending in one direction and on which the mattress is placed, a sterilization part coupled to an upper portion of the frame and having an inner space through which the mattress passes, and a moving part provided in the frame and configured to move the mattress placed on the frame, and the mattress is moved from one side of the sterilization part to the other side of the sterilization part via the inner space of the sterilization part by the moving part.
SEWING MACHINE TABLE
The present invention relates to a sewing machine table. The sewing machine table with a rotatable operating foot pedal connected to a driving motor for a sewing machine, comprises: an upper frame provided with a top plate on which the sewing machine is installed, and a lower frame including: height adjustable supports provided at bottom ends of the upper frame for supporting the top plate and adjusting a height of the top plate; lower supports coupled to bottom ends of the height adjustable supports, and a first lower connecting plate coupled between the lower supports, the first lower connecting plate on which the operating foot pedal is installed. With this configuration, the sewing machine table is provided with an upper support coupled to a top plate and a cylinder inserted in the upper support and capable of adjusting a height, thereby enabling a height of the top plate to be adjusted according to a body size of an operator and increasing work efficiency.
AGILE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND METHODS
The invention provides methods, equipment and apparatuses for a highly agile manufacturing system. The system may include at least one item of mobile equipment, at least one mobile container and at least one manufacturing management system (MMS). Because of its high agility, the system may allow for efficient concurrent manufacturing of multiple dissimilar products. The system may also accommodate manufacturing processes requiring hybrid methods.

Needle plate replacement device with lock
A needle plate replacement device including positioning mechanisms provided in an opposing manner in the needle plate and the bed portion, the positioning mechanisms positioning the needle plate to an attaching position in the bed portion; a lock mechanism including a locking member provided in the bed portion and a locked member provided in the needle plate, in which by mounting the needle plate on the attaching position in the bed portion, the locking member and the locked member is locked to each other thus maintaining a locked state; a push-up mechanism provided in the bed portion, the push-up mechanism pushing up the needle plate mounted on the bed portion towards a dismount position above the bed portion; and a release mechanism cancelling the locked state between the locking member and the locked member of the lock mechanism by being interlocked with an operation of the push-up mechanism.
Sewing machine table
An extendable sewing machine table which uses a tabletop with a top surface, a bottom surface and four side surfaces is described. The tabletop is supported by a frame. The tabletop is attached to a bracket and the bracket is reversibly attached to the frame using adjustable bolts. An opening for a sewing machine is defined in the top surface of the tabletop. Also shown are tabletop extenders, which have a rail. Each extender's rail is received by a channel in the corresponding tabletop side surface.

SEWING MACHINE TABLE
An invention is provided for use with sewing machines that either allows for a table to be attached or to use the integral table built into certain manufacturers of sewing machines. The table has provisions to slidably secure guide plates thus allowing for more consistent seam lines when in use. The guide plates have provisions to provide clearance to the presser foot when moved closer together. The table has ruled markings to more precisely set the seams with the use of the guide plates. The guide plates can be used with sewing machines with integral tables by the addition of a pair of support plates secured to the bottom of the table, and a pair of slide plates separated by sleeves. The slide plates may have graded markings as depicted on the table.
Parallel manufacturing systems and methods
The invention provides methods, equipment and apparatuses for a highly flexible assembly system. The system may include at least one item of mobile equipment, at least one mobile container and at least one manufacturing management system (MMS). Because it is so flexible, the system may allow for efficient simultaneous processing of multiple dissimilar products. The system may also accommodate manufacturing processes requiring hybrid methods.
