Sewing machine threading device
A sewing machine threading device includes: hermetic lips capable of making hermetic contact with a peripheral band-ring-shaped region of needles surrounding thread exits of needle eye, and which further includes a peripheral band-ring-shaped pad which surrounds suction port holes which draw in air from the thread exits of the needle eyes; a needle thread suction conduit pipe connected to the suction port holes; a position switching mechanism which moves the hermetic lips to a threading position such that the hermetic lips are in contact with the needle with the suction port holes being aligned with the thread exits, and, when forming a stitch, retracts the hermetic lips from the needle and moves said hermetic lips to a standby position; and a pump which takes in one end of the thread to be inserted into thread entrances of the needle eyes.
Sewing system
A sewing system comprises a sewing machine, a camera that captures an image of a reference position for sewing, a robot arm that holds the sewing machine and the camera, and a controller. The controller controls operations of forming a first stitch position that results from stitching of the sewing machine, and forming a second stitch position that results from stitching of the sewing machine after rotating the sewing machine at a prescribed angle about a rotation axis that passes through a needle center position stored by the controller. The controller further performs calibration processing that calibrates the needle center position stored by the controller, based on each position of the first stitch position and the second stitch position within image capture ranges of capture images that are obtained by capturing images of the first stitch position and the second stitch position using the camera.

Provided is a sewing machine threading device, comprising: hermetic lips (7a-7e) which are capable of making a hermetic contact with a peripheral band-ring-shaped region (22) of needles (1a, 1b, 1e-1g) which surrounds thread exits (5a-5e) of needle eyes (1-1d, 1h-1j) of the needle, and which further comprises a corresponding peripheral band-ring-shaped pad (24) which surrounds suction port holes (6a-6e) which draw in air from the thread exits of the needle eyes of the needles; a needle thread suction conduit pipe which is connected to the suction port holes of the hermetic lips; a position switching mechanism which, when threading the needle, moves the hermetic lips to a threading position such that the hermetic lips are in contact with the needle with the suction port holes being aligned with the thread exits of the needle eyes of the noodle, and, when forming a stitch, retracts the hermetic lips from the needle and moves said hermetic lips to a standby position; and a pump which, with the needle thread suction conduit pipes being connected to a suction port, takes in one end of the thread which is to be inserted into thread entrances of the needle eyes of the needles when threading the needles in the suction port from the thread exits of the needle eyes of the needles via the suction port holes by way of the needle thread suction conduit pipes, thereby threading the one end of the thread through the needle eyes of the needles.
SEWING MACHINE THREADING DEVICE

THREAD STORAGE AND DISPENSING SEWING ASSEMBLY
There is provided a sewing assembly that comprises a plurality of pins for receiving spools of thread, a plurality of thread cutters and retainers adjacent an extremity of the container, a plurality of slots located therebetween, and a needle threader. Thread unwound from a thread spool and received within a respective slot is cut by pressing the unwound thread at a desired length within a respective thread cutter so as to cut the unwound thread and simultaneously retain uncut thread within a respective thread retainer.
THREAD STORAGE AND DISPENSING SEWING ASSEMBLY
There is provided a sewing assembly that comprises a plurality of pins for receiving spools of thread, a plurality of thread cutters and retainers adjacent an extremity of the container, a plurality of slots located therebetween, and a needle threader. Thread unwound from a thread spool and received within a respective slot is cut by pressing the unwound thread at a desired length within a respective thread cutter so as to cut the unwound thread and simultaneously retain uncut thread within a respective thread retainer.
Multi-needle Threader
A multi-needle threader for use in weaving hair extensions. The threader has an L shaped body for holding at least one spool of thread in proximity to a plurality of needles held in pin cushions. The needles and pin cushions are positioned on the threader such that the needles can be threaded in a sequence or order continuously one needle to another until all are pre-threaded for use and then the needles can be used in reverse order without unthreading any unused needles.
THREADING GUIDE
A threading guide that includes: a closed loop at a first end; a straight blunt tip at a second end; and an elongated tapering construction between the blunt tip and the closed loop. The guide tapers from a first thickness near the closed loop to a second thickness at the blunt tip, wherein the closed loop is adapted to receive a drawstring. Preferably, the length of the guide is approximately 6 inches.
