Stacked rolling vehicle track
A roller coaster track may comprise a laminate and a metal bearing layer. A method of manufacturing a roller coaster track may comprise manufacturing a laminate, manufacturing a metal bearing layer, and assembling the laminate and bearing layer. The bearing layer may be at least partially filled with grout. A method of repairing a wood roller coaster track may comprise removing a layer of laminate, and replacing the layer with a metal bearing layer.
UNIVERSAL RAIL FOR MOBILE RACKING
A rail for mobile racking has a continuous groove formed in ae first surface. A second surface is opposite the first surface is substantially flat on a top surface. The width of the universal rail between the first surface and the second surface is of reduced dimension from the first surface and the second surface. The rail may be mounted with the first surface positioned above the second surface when a groove within the elongated universal rail is to be provided for casters having a tongue on a circumference of the caster. The elongated universal rail may be mounted within a floor with the second surface positioned above the first surface, providing a substantially flat surface as a rolling surface for casters not having a tongue formed therein. Reduced dimensions of the sides relative to the first and second surfaces receive concrete therein to hold the rail in place.
Rail clip
A flat bar elastic rail clip in which the flat bar is turned back on itself so that one portion is longer than the other. The flat bar incorporates an opening in both portions to accommodate a rail spike that is held in the rail tie. This type of spike is usually used in combination with a concrete tie and a guide plate that seats on the rail seat of the tie. The combination of a shaped flat bar clip which is capable of providing both rail clamping and rollover protection configurations in combination with a guide plate and spike.

Railroad kinetic energy harnessing apparatus
An apparatus for harnessing energy from a wheel travelling on a railroad track includes an elongate body with a plurality of pockets spaced apart along a top surface thereof. Energy collection devices are installed in the pockets, and each includes an actuator extending proud of the top surface. A mounting assembly releasably mounts the body adjacent to the railroad track so that the actuators of the energy collection devices are positioned in a path of the wheel to be actuated thereby. The energy collection devices may be coupled to a low pressure fluid supply reservoir and a high pressure fluid accumulator, and used to pump fluid from the reservoir to the accumulator upon actuation.

Fiberglass guard rail
A guardrail system for use along a roadway. The system can include a longitudinal body having one or more longitudinal void spaces formed therein, at least one substantially vertical post connected at one or both ends of the body, and a longitudinal member disposed within any one of the longitudinal void spaces of the body having a crosswise ultimate tensile strength that is at least 20% greater than the crosswise ultimate tensile strength of the longitudinal body.
