REGIONAL BUILDING GROUP STRUCTURE
A regional building group structure improves overall regional convenience and economics while also imparting a cityscape scenery that has warmth based on specific themes in past human creations including urban architecture, art and thought. Three or more characterized buildings that share a specific theme are arranged in a region. Each of the characterized buildings is provided with lower floors having unity in basic design and structural form pertaining to appearance and decoration and upper floors located there-above. The lower floors of the characterized buildings arranged in one region are also imparted with unity in the basic design and structural form pertaining to appearance and decoration. The upper floors thereof have unity in structural form and basic design so as achieve a simple appearance with emphasis on functionality and durability. The appearance of the lower floors will be captured in the ordinary line of sight of people walking down the street, thereby allowing the people to relish the experience of living in a fascinating and highly artistic city.

Foldable enclosure members joined by hinged I-beam
An enclosure member for a building structure comprising a planar laminate having a first facing layer; a layer of foam having a first face and a second opposing face; and a second facing layer; where the first facing layer is fastened to the first face of the layer of foam, and the second facing layer is fastened to the second opposing face of the layer of foam. An edge of the enclosure is provided with a perimeter structure that can perform one or more of a sealing function, an edge reinforcement function and a pivotable joining function with another enclosure, in accordance with the particular embodiment.
Modular commercial structure
A modular commercial structure includes a first exterior module defining a first interior space therein in which office furnishings are disposed in the first interior space. The first exterior module has an interior elongated side that defines an opening for customers to access to the first interior space. A second exterior module defines a second interior space for conducting business activities therein, including an interior elongated side that opens to facilitate interaction between the customers and employees. A conveyance mechanism moves the first exterior module and the second exterior module between a first position and a second position to prevent access to the first interior space and to the second interior space while in the first position and to provide access to the first interior space and to the second interior space while in the second position.
METHOD OF USING COLLAPSIBLE KIOSK
A method of using a collapsible kiosk is provided which includes providing a collapsible kiosk. The collapsible kiosk includes a plurality of walls, a roof connecting the plurality of walls and forming an interior space, and at least one sensor. The collapsible kiosk is at least partially made of a barrier to prevent interference for the at least one sensor.
Self-aligning modular connector
A modular connector is disclosed that comprises of a middle-plate, a plurality of sectioned-base-plates, and a plurality of locking-plates. The middle-plate and the plurality of sectioned-base-plates have a plurality of slotted holes to enable faster construction and deal with construction tolerances efficiently. Also, a plurality of grooved surfaces on the sectioned-base-plate and the locking-plate provide a system so that bolted-connected modules do not slide and remain at initially its aligned position. Disclosed is also a method for assembling a modular building.
Connector for a modular building
A connector assembly, having an upper connector, a pin coupling the upper connector to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.
Functional ergonomic cinemas
A movie theater auditorium is disclosed with reclining or reclined seats, whereby patrons are viewing a screen that is elevated and tilted toward the viewing audience. Comparative to traditional movie theaters with vertical screens with fixed or reclining chairs, exemplary embodiments provide a more natural viewing angle and line of sight for the viewing audience. Some embodiments are disclosed which employ repurposed shipping containers as structural elements of a cinema.
Connection system and method for prefabricated volumetric construction modules
The invention provides a prefabricated volumetric construction module having connection mechanism for securing to other similar modules. A prefabricated volumetric construction module includes a self-supporting structure and pairs of corner castings arranged at least at the corners of the structure. During building construction, the modules are assembled and secured together using connection rods and interlocking plates to provide vertical securement between vertically adjoining modules and horizontal securement between horizontally adjoining modules.
House designing system
The present invention relates to a Tetris house designing system, and the technical problem to solve is to facilitate house design by laymen and enable a simulation for a finally decided house structure. For example, disclosed is a Tetris house designing system comprising: a unit interior space providing part for providing respective unit interior spaces of a house by dividing the unit interior spaces into three-dimensional blocks reflecting the actual areas of certain sizes; a unit interior space selection part for selecting the type and number of the unit interior spaces; a house structure generation part for generating house structure data by combining three-dimensional blocks selected by the house unit interior space selection part; and a virtual reality data providing part for generating and providing virtual reality data on the basis of the house structure data.
