A gas stove equipped with an anti-dry-burning device comprises the anti-dry-burning device and a gas cooker with a flameout protection device. The anti-dry-burning device is arranged at the central position of a combustor of the gas stove and is fixed on the gas stove. The anti-dry-burning device at least comprises a temperature controller, a temperature controller insulating base, a spring, an anti-dry-burning probe body and an anti-dry-burning probe base. The temperature controller is a bimetal thermostat, and is serially connected between an inductive probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device and a gas solenoid valve. The inductive probe of the gas cooker flameout protection device at least comprises a thermocouple and an ion sensor needle.

A thermoelectric safety assembly that includes a thermocouple configured to detect a flame in a burner and, in response to detecting the flame, generating an electrical voltage. The assembly includes an electromagnetic valve electrically connected to the thermocouple, and a transistor electrically connected between the thermocouple and the electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve is arranged electrically connected with a field-effect transistor. The assembly also includes a voltage booster configured to power the transistor, the transistor being connected in parallel with the voltage booster. An output terminal of the voltage booster is arranged connected with a gate terminal of the transistor, the voltage booster being configured to boost the electrical voltage generated in the thermocouple, an electrical voltage being obtained that is capable of keeping the transistor closed such that the electromagnetic valve is energized.

The wellhead gas burner may include a pressure regulator and an expansion chamber that permit the wellhead gas burner to continuously operate and accommodate wellhead gas pressure fluctuations. The wellhead gas burner may also be configured as a primary heat source and integrated with a traditional propane/diesel gas burner system configured as a supplemental heat source. The wellhead gas burner may also be mounted to a mobile superheater truck.
