AUTONOMOUS TOPOLOGY VALIDATION FOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLY NETWORK
A system for autonomously validating the topology information of an electrical power distribution system is provided. For example, the system includes a group of meters previously determined to be connected to the same transformer of an electrical power distribution system. The group of meters is configured to perform family check periodically or upon request and to identify orphan meters in the group. The identified orphan meter can contact a community device communicatively connected to meters in more than one group to request a community check. The community device performs the community check by contacting meters in other groups of meters and obtain their family signature data. The community device further determines whether the orphan meter belongs to a new family based on the voltage data of the orphan meter and the family signature data of other groups. The orphan meter can report the community check results to a headend system.

TESTKEY AND TESTING SYSTEM WHICH REDUCE LEAKAGE CURRENT
A testkey includes two switching circuits and two compensation circuits. The first switching circuit transmits a test signal to a first DUT when the first DUT is being tested and functions as high impedance when the first DUT is not being tested. The second switching circuit transmits the test signal to a second DUT when the second DUT is being tested and functions as high impedance when the second DUT is not being tested. When the first DUT is not being tested and the second DUT is being tested, the first compensation circuit provides first compensation current for reducing the leakage current of the first switching circuit. When the first DUT is being tested and the second DUT is not being tested, the second compensation circuit provides second compensation current for reducing the leakage current of the second switching circuit.
Metering assembly, adapter, and converting method therefor
An adapter is for a metering assembly. The metering assembly includes an electrical switching apparatus and a socket assembly. The socket assembly has a plurality of jaw members. The adapter includes a base member and a plurality of electrical contacts each coupled to the base member and structured to be mechanically coupled and electrically connected to a corresponding one of the jaw members. Each of the electrical contacts is structured to be electrically connected to the electrical switching apparatus.

Information processing device and anomaly visualizing system
According to an aspect, an information processing device includes: a receiver configured to receive information related to a plurality of smart meters; a controller configured to determine presence or absence of an anomaly in each of the smart meters based on a reception status of the information from each of the smart meters; and an output unit configured to output information indicating presence or absence of an anomaly in each of the smart meters. The receiver receives the information from the smart meters in a cycle of a first predetermined time. The controller determines that an anomaly is occurring in a smart meter from which information has not been obtained for a second predetermined time that is longer than the first predetermined time. The second predetermined time is n times as long as the first predetermined time, and n is equal to or greater than 2.
