Rotisserie Rod and Adaptor
An adjustable food holding apparatus, said apparatus comprising: at least one fork assembly selectively, releasably, and slidably disposed along a rotisserie rod.
Food mounting assembly for a cooking appliance
A cooking appliance includes a lower housing having a lower heating element, an upper housing having an upper heating element, opposed frame members disposed between the upper housing and the lower housing and operatively connecting the lower housing to the upper housing. The cooking appliance further includes a food mounting assembly. The food mounting assembly includes a bracket extending between the opposed frame members for retaining a means for supporting food items over the lower heating element.
Baking Working Method of Electric Oven
The present invention discloses a baking working method of an electric oven, applied to the oven for driving a barbecue fork rotating shaft to rotate food to be baked by a motor, comprising the following steps: S1, measuring the period T.sub.0 when a barbecue fork is unloaded; S2, fixing the food onto the barbecue fork, and measuring the period T.sub.1 when the barbecue fork is loaded; S3, calculating the weight M.sub.1 of the food on the barbecue fork, M.sub.1=(T.sub.1/T.sub.0).sup.2*M.sub.0, wherein M.sub.0 is the default weight when the barbecue fork is unloaded; S4, setting the baking time and/or temperature according to the food weight M.sub.1. According to the present invention, the weight of loaded food is calculated by detecting the periods when the barbecue fork rotating shaft is unloaded and loaded, and the weighing of the food is realized while the mounting is simple, so that the baking time and temperature are reasonably set, the electric oven is preferably self-adaptive to food with different weights, and automatic cooking of the food is realized.
OVEN HAVING AN H-SHAPED ROTATING DOOR
An oven comprising a housing, a cavity, an H-shaped rotating door, a motor and a heat source is disclosed. The cavity, which includes an opening, is located within the housing. The H-shaped rotating door, which can be rotated by the motor, includes a first food loading section and a second food loading section. The H-shaped rotating door also serves as a cover to prevent heat within the cavity from escaping through the opening. The heat source provides heat to the cavity to heat up any food item placed on one of the food loading sections located within the cavity.
Feed tank and method for the simultaneous high-pressure and temperature treatment of a food item in a high-pressure tank
The invention relates to a feed tank for use in a high-pressure system, said feed tank having a hollow space (3) for accommodating food items, a wall (1) and a temperature-control device (5). The invention further relates to a method for the simultaneous high-pressure and temperature treatment in a high-pressure tank.
MULTI-ZONE SPIT-ROTISSERIE DEVICE FOR MEAT ROASTING AND GRILLING
A rotisserie configured for roasting meat cuts or meat mass comprising a horizontal surface, a horizontal spit configured for translational movement above said horizontal surface, and at least one heating zone.
HEATING COOKER
A heating cooker includes a heating cooking compartment, a door, a heater unit, a turntable, a drive unit, a fan, and a guide unit. The heating cooking compartment has an opening. The door opens and closes the opening. The heater unit is disposed below the heating cooking compartment. The turntable is disposed inside the heating cooking compartment and allows a heating-target object to be placed on the turntable. The drive unit is disposed below the heating cooking compartment and drives the turntable. The fan generates an air flow. The guide unit guides an air flow. The drive unit is disposed closer to the door than the heater unit. The guide unit guides the air flow to the drive unit.
PORTABLE GRILL ROTISSERIE SYSTEM
A portable rotisserie grill system that includes a roller assembly and a separate heat-resistant metal box. The heat-resistant metal box including ceramic insulation therein, a rotation motor to rotate rollers of the rotation assembly via a motor coupler, cooling fans, a digital temperature controller micro circuit board to control the cooling fans, a battery compartment to provide energy to the motor, the digital temperature controller micro circuit board and the cooling fans, and a Bluetooth chip to provide wireless control of each of the internal components within the heat-resistant metal box.
AUTOMATIC ROTATING SKEWER DEVICE
An automatic rotating skewer system, comprising a housing with a front cap and an end cap, enclosing a battery, a printed circuit board, and a motor. The system includes a skewer with a prong end and a second end, which resides within the housing when the front cap is fixed. The motor, controlled by the printed circuit board, transfers rotational motion to the skewer via a socket. The skewer and socket may have corresponding flat sections for engagement, and the housing body may be coupled by fasteners. The motor shaft and socket may have corresponding flat areas for rotation. The skewer may have a first groove and the front cap may include a bushing that resides within this groove. The skewer may also have a seal groove with a skewer seal residing within it. The skewer's prong end may comprise two prongs that double back along the skewer axis.
AN OUTDOOR COOKING DEVICE
An outdoor cooking device such as a barbeque is described. It has a cooking section and a support to elevate the cooking section. It has one or more heating elements, at least one food holder, having a spindle, at least one sensor and at least one motor. The sensor comprises measuring means configured to weigh a corresponding one of the plurality of food holders and/or measure thickness of food that is held thereby. A controller is provided (locally or in combination with a wireless handset) to control the motor(s) to turn the spindle of the food holder based on a weight of the food holder and/or thickness of the food.
