Apparatus, Method and System of Washing Induction Cookware using Induction Heating and High-Pressure Water Jet
A method of washing induction cookware having a cookware content, using induction heating and a water jet, and comprising a washing process having the steps of: heating the cookware during a washing cycle; washing the cookware in the washing cycle with a cold-water jet; drying the cookware after the washing cycle; heat sanitization of the cookware; and steam sanitization of the cookware, whereby the washing process is analyzed by a vision system, the washing process is controlled and adjusted by a controller having parameters varying between each of the cookware content; whereby the parameters are derived from an interfaced cooking apparatus and from a manual input and whereby the vision system serves to regulate a water pressure, a water flow, a heating temperature, and time durations between each of the cookware content, with each of the cookware content having a cooking base, a food contact surface, recipe ingredients cooked, a cooking temperature, and a cooking duration.
Ergonomic intelligent dishwasher
Ergonomic Intelligent Dishwasher comprising of closed-loop carousel system, tableware storage holder and a Wash-Pod. Individual tableware is inserted through an opening where the tableware attaches to a closed-loop, speed-adjustable carousel-system that moves the individual tableware, in a queue-fashion, through one or more wash cycle as the attached-tableware travels towards the tableware separation-mechanism. Tableware separation-mechanism is activated or deactivated for each individual tableware in the said queue on the carousel based on user-define setting or an internal quality-control process, thus, when deactivated, attached tableware on the carousel continues to travel through additional said cleaning cycle in the loop until such time when carousel-tableware separation-mechanism is activated. Once the tableware is discharged and separated from the carousel, the tableware is directed to one or more tableware storage holder. As part of the same unit, Wash-Pod is a housing within the unit with closeable lid for washing kitchenware items based on user parameters.
Dishwasher with tubular spray element drinkware washing system
A dishwasher, dishwasher sprayer, and method of spraying utilize a tubular spray element to direct a spray of fluid at one or more drinkware sprayers that are positioned within a wash tub and physically spaced apart from the tubular spray element. Each drinkware sprayer includes one or more outlets in fluid communication with a fluid collector that faces the tubular spray element and that is configured to receive the spray of fluid from the tubular spray element when the tubular spray element is rotated to a predetermined position, and route the received fluid out of the one or more outlets to wash an interior of a drinkware item that is positioned over the drinkware sprayer.
Dishwasher appliance main conduit with pressure relief hole
A dishwasher appliance includes a tub that defines a wash chamber for receipt of articles for washing. The dishwasher appliance also includes a lower spray assembly located in the wash chamber and configured to direct a spray of fluid into the wash chamber. The dishwasher appliance further includes an upper spray assembly located in the wash chamber above the lower spray assembly along the vertical direction. The upper spray assembly is configured to direct a spray of fluid into the wash chamber. A sump is positioned at a bottom of the wash chamber for receiving fluid from the wash chamber. The dishwasher appliance further includes a pump in fluid communication with the sump. The pump is configured to draw fluid from the sump. A main conduit extends between the pump and the upper spray assembly. The main conduit includes an upper end and a hole defined in the upper end.
Jet unit, jet nozzle and manufacturing method thereof, and dish washing machine having the same
A dish washing machine including a cabinet configured to form an exterior, a washing tub provided in the cabinet to wash dishes, and a jet nozzle configured to jet washing water to the washing tub, wherein the jet nozzle includes a plurality of nozzle inner walls provided therein to form a passage through which the washing water passes and having a plurality of passage inner walls provided to have arc shapes in section vertical to a flow direction of the washing water. Due to such configuration, a jetting force may be enhanced and washing efficiency may be also improved.
DISHWASHER
