These novel compounds have properties such as a deep LUMO, strong electron acceptability, a strong charge transfer ability and low volatility. Due to unique properties, these novel compounds have the prospect for wide applications in the field of organic semiconductors, especially the potential for use as p-type conductive doping materials, charge transporting layer materials, hole injection layer materials and electrode materials of the organic semiconductors.
